We had reserved the basement apartment and the day before Tony said it was not available and upgraded us to the 2nd floor apartment. I was not happy because my husband has difficulty with the stairs. I did not enjoy staying in an attic room where I had to be concerned about bumping my head, stubbing my toes and falling down the stairs. There were no directions on how to use the tv but there were 3 remotes. There is an over use of air freshener which makes it smell like a bathroom. There is a large sign across the house stating “Make America Born Again”, along with a Christian flag waving in front of the home. I was very uncomfortable with being associated with fundamentalist. In addition he said next time to contact him directly for a better price which I believe may be against the rules of VRBO and is not Christian like. I would never stay here again.

This place looked like they were renting out bedrooms kn a house and i think i had the basement because it was supposed to be a ground floor walk out room. I will never know because he cancelled my booking because he just booked someone else right before i got there. I am assuming for a higher rate.

The property was very outdated had an odor. Air conditioning was stand up portable air conditioners not adequate for the space that it was trying to cool. Kitchen lights did not work bathroom toilet did not work. it was like a 1970s 80 decor. Bedspreads, decor reminded me of my Italian ninety-year-old grandmother's bedrooms living room back in the 80s. It felt very dirty.
