This house is great! Amy was very responsive. We found many extras in this house that aren’t in other rentals. We loved the filled snack basket in the kitchen, the basics in the refrigerator, and plenty of other basic items that we didn’t have to buy for one time use. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for 6 adults and one child. We would absolutely stay here again.

Home was extremely clean and super comfortable .Located near many places to eat with short driving distances. We enjoyed our stay very much even though it was only for 3 days. We are two couples who have traveled to a different city every Thanksgiving for 20 years. Generally we share a house. This year we decided to go to Dallas-Fort Worth, and the house we found on VRBO was one of the best ever. Not only was the house exactly as advertised, but Amy our host, was even better. In fact, she was the best VRBO host we have every had the pleasure to deal with. She went above and beyond to get us in a bit early, and to answer our myriad questions. The house was perfectly located in a wonderful neighborhood right near DFW and shopping, restaurants, downtown Grapevine and the highways. In spite of the central location it was dead quiet in the neighborhood. By the way, the neighbors were great as well. The house was beautiful, whistle clean, and amazingly well appointed. There was almost nothing that we needed to purchase outside of some food. The house was perfectly set up for two couples. There was a master suite (almost its own apartment) on the ground floor, and the second floor had its own sitting/tv room. There was even a well stocked office. Honestly, I have to struggle to come up with anything to complain about. Maybe Amy could have made the weather in Dallas warmer (so we could spend more time on the lovely outside patio)! If I were to get super picky, the water pressure in the shower could be a bit stronger, but that is trivial. If you have a chance to stay here -- do!

I don’t think we could’ve found a more perfect house for our stay! We were in town for a wedding and looking for a place that could accommodate us and our two adult sons and 1 daughter-in-law. We were excited to all be together under one roof, yet have enough space for each of us. This house had everything we needed, it was as if we lived there. Everything was clean, organized, there were plenty of linens, cookware & utensils, and Amy even left us eggs, juice & milk to start with! The basket of snacks was such a nice touch too. When my wife’s dress had a last minute hem disaster, Amy was quick to reply with where to find needle & thread. Our kids enjoyed their morning coffee in the backyard patio. Instructions for entry & exit were so clear. Any questions we had, we were answered quickly via text. Lastly, location was great, close to Southlake Town Square & Central Market, which we love. Also, there’s a CVS super close & a Starbucks not too far. If we’re ever back in town, we’ll be sure to stay here again. Thank you Amy!

Great property and perfect location in the DFW area. Needed a place to accommodate a family of 6 with kids from 14 to 2 months. Plenty of room and very clean property. Location was in a great neighborhood and convenient to shopping, restaurants, and parks. Excellent communication with Amy and she made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Wow what can I say, Yvonne goes above and beyond to make you feel at home and offers amenities both complimentary and for purchase that make things very convenient! We stayed for a long weekend so we could visit my cousin who lives in the same neighborhood, and we will definitely return. I like the layout of the house as well - it gives a lot of privacy between the bedrooms upstairs and downstairs, which was perfect since we had a toddler in one of them / there was good noise protection between sides of the house.

This sprawling house is the perfect and safe location, centrally situated with restaurants, entertainment, golf and shopping within minutes. As a family, we could all spread out after a day of activities. This property comes with everything you need. Communication with Amy exceeded expectations! She even checked with us during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again👍🏼

This place was superior! Probably one of the best rentals I've come across. Very accommodating! Supplies all actoss the were very well stocked making it so convenient, especially in the kitchen! Communication with Amy was as easy as it gets! Will definitely be renting again!

Our stay was to introduce an adult Daughter from Australia to local family, old High School and college close friends. The openness of the main floor worked perfectly. We catered in appetizers and snacks the home was well equipped for our function, a great weekend and lovely home.

Property: clean, spacious, kid-friendly (game room), plenty of room to host, thoughtfully stocked w/ items, comfortable. Location: convenient to two nice markets, drug stores, major highways, coffee shops, great for going to D or FW! Host/Experience: friendly, knowledgeable, communicative, welcoming.

We've never been inspired to write a review before about the places that we've stayed on VRBO. But this place is different. The house is beautiful, comfortable to live in, well appointed, fully stocked kitchen, relaxing patio behind the house, quiet neighborhood, easy to get to and from DFW, and centrally located between Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco and Grapevine, and very close to shopping areas. Amy Brown, the Manager, is a pleasure to work with, keeps you informed of what's going on, very responsive to requests, and checks with you from time to time just to see if there are any issues. We will definitely reserve this house for our next visit to Dallas.

Everyone was really impressed with the accommodations. It was clean, spacious and well-appointed. There was hardly anything we needed that wasn't provided. Amy was great and extremely responsive to every question I had. I would definitely recommend this listing and would reserve again if the opportunity presented itself.

We came to Dallas from Oregon for a family wedding. This rental gave us everything we needed. Tons of room to spread out and also so nice to have 3 showers for everyone to get going each day. The house was extremely clean and functional. Amy was great at comunicating with us and was there to answer any question we had. We wil definitely stay here next time we com to town!
