This was our third stay at this unit. It's close proximity to restaurants, Scandinave Spa, outdoor/water activities, the resort style pool and nearby beaches keeps us coming back! The unit is clean, quiet, comfortable and well appointed. We'll definitely rebook in the future!

We had a great time. Decor is tranquil and beautiful . Location was great, amenities were great!! Shuttle pick up available if you don’t want to walk to the village. Pool was great.
We could’ve used more paper towels and trash bags but made do with reusing the trash bag.
Just an fyi for the owner there was no parchment paper/ tin foil or Saran Wrap or Tupperware helpful for cooking or bbq and veggie peeler not working well. We brought our own salt/pepper/oil but would be nice to see there too.

Beautiful condo and lovely location. Very clean and nicely furnished. Kitchen sink and Upper bathroom’s shower cubicle did not have running hot water. The 3 stars are for that . I had read from other reviews that this was the case but hoped it would have been taken care of. The kitchen could do with oil , salt and coffee.

Beautifully decorated! The condo was clean, had comfortable beds and was equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed relaxing over cocktails and BBQ's on the private deck. It was close to the pool and walking distance to the many restaurants and activities at Blue Mountain Village. We highly recommend staying here!

Prefect spot to relax after being out on the hills all day … only thing for me was that wasn’t perfect was that the (heated pool) is seasonal and it didn’t state that on the booking.com page … all other rental pages stated that the pools were seasonal, all this page said was heated pool so I assumed it would have been open … if I would have known that I would have booked somewhere with a hot tub or indoor pool but other then that 10 out of 10 for a place to stay would definitely return and recommend

Unit is nicely decorated and fairly clean but could do with some attention to major issues.
Several other reviewers mentioned the steps needing repairs. Owners need to take reviews seriously and upgrade. They are completely unsafe and I might even suspect not up to code. Deck needed sweeping as it was covered with asphalt from roof (no broom). Upper shower no hot water. Twin beds made with double sized sheets. Blinds in twin room broken. No grab bars in main floor tub. Tub needs attention. Television in upstairs bedroom did not work at all. Deck and TV issues brought to attention of Vacasa but without resolution.
Pool is excellent. Great location. Good parking, although instructions about how and where to park were excessive and overstated several times.

This is a second time we stayed at 208 Snowbridge. We love the house, which is a perfect size for our family, a lovely decorations, and a great layout.
Blue Mountain village is very close.

Overall the home was great. The owner has a great eye for design and put extra care into making it cozy and inviting. Only negative was it could use a deep cleaning. On the surface everything was neat and clean , it was the baseboards, doors, etc. that could use a refresh. We brought our own garbage bags but did not bring dishwasher soap so had to hand wash dishes. Not a big deal but expected dishwasher soap to be supplied.

Amazing family vacay!
Our condo at the historical Snowbridge in blue mountain was just amazing! From the moment I booked, I had constant communication with the company so I knew I had NOTHING to worry about. Even when the internet went out all over Ontario - I was kept informed before I arrived, so that I was aware of the issue. When we arrived on the first day of our vacation we were pleasantly surprised that the pictures were exactly what we were expecting. While the village is a walk - it didn’t stop us from walking there everyday with my two children (5 & 1) and my parents (who are both 70). The walk was beautiful - through some tree-lined paths and past a very beautiful pond and then the path turned the bend to view that beautiful mountain. There was only ONE thing, the ONLY thing that was a little difficult for us with a 1 year old who still needed to nap; the windows in the bedrooms have a peak to them, so the blinds don’t go all the way up and the sun shines right through - but we made it work :) Besides that, the condo had everything we needed, and the open concept was perfect for the family and the kids and all our stuff. We will definitely be back!

A mini holiday
The property was as advertised. It is very well equipped.
We had problems with one of the televisions. The property manager responded immediately and a technician arrived a few minutes later to troubleshoot and correct the problem. Well situated to Blue Mountain Village a pleasnt 15 minute walk. The property and neighbourhood were quiet.
We would stay here again without hesitation.

Long weekend stay
Had an amazing stay at this property. This is the first time we have tried Snowbridge Community and have really loved it. It is a little quieter than the main resort area which is what we were looking for. The property is as shown and well taken care of. The unit was clean, well staged, and very homey. Definitely one of our favorites now!

Everything is perfect!
We went to Blue Mountain for a 4-day ski trip and only needed a 2 bedroom suite for a family of three. But I found this condo on Vacasa and booked it at once since I loved the interior of each room. The condo looked exactly as the pictures online. It's cozy as a cottage and very stylish as a model home. The location is also convenient for skiers. We all had a great time here and will definitely come back next winter.

Family ski weekend at Blue
Stayed at this property for long weekend with adult children for family weekend. Really nice property, good amenities and very clean. The property offered plenty of space to enjoy getting together and meals. The shuttle bus to the village was super easy and made getting to the hill so easy. My only negative to the property were the outside stairs which need to be repaired or replaced as the steps are not level and represent a falling/slipping hazzard. They did salt they daily but still difficult to navigate. I would be careful with young or older guests.

Great location and very comfortbale
The townhouse was located 3 minutes from blue mountain. It was very spacious and comfortable. Only issues was that the unit is on the second floor so have your bags up some wooden stairs. The TVS were not smart so you need cables to connect your laptop to stream. They should invest inu pgrading the TV's.

Scenic views and a nice walk to the village.
We really enjoyed our weekend at this property. It was just as nice as the pictures, very comfortable and attractive. As promised a lovely view of the mountain and countryside and a pleasant walk to the village. We would definitely come here again as it worked well for us.
We appreciated the supply of a snow shovel since it did snow while we were there ...... they just need to make sure there is a better supply of de-icer for the steps. Thank you

High recommend!
We stayed here with 2 other couples and had the most amazing time. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. There were plenty of clean towels (extras in the closets) as well as extra pillows too. Location is great; a bit of a walk to the village but we knew that going in. It's a beautiful scenic walk. We were really happy and would highly recommend this condo.

Just Amazing
Our experience from booking until check out has been nothing but great. Even though there were restrictions with the pool, everything was explained in detail through emails and you will have no problems booking in as long as you do it 24-48 hours prior. Check in was easy and just like what we expected. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. One thing i can say is to take your own shampoo as there was not enough for 6 people for 2 nights. And the only other thing was the pool was not that clean and had flies and leafs in it. Other than that we would definitely be back as we enjoyed our stay very much.

Great on location but unsatisfactory with cleanliness and upkeep
The location was great and size and decor or house wonderful. The problem was it’s cleanliness and upkeep. This very very disappointing considering we are in a pandemic. It quickly became apparent to us that we had to wash everything dish and utensil. Food was everywhere. Food was even left behind from last renter. There was hair all over couch and scotch tape all over walls in main room. We also had to go out and purchase dishwasher soap, garbage and recycling bags. These are basic things that should be left for renters on a house. Bathroom door lock was broken along with upstairs fan, screen door and door of dishwasher. We also felt that there was nobody we could call to rectify our problems. Previous to vacation I sent email to owner and it took them days to respond.

Beautiful but poor communication
Beautiful unit, the photographs represent the space well. Very comfortable bed and bedding, nice kitchen, a thoughtful space.
Unfortunately there were renovations going on downstairs which were very loud starting at 7 AM until late, including the weekend. Called in and received a call back promising the manager would call who never did return the phone call.
The listing needed to alert the renters of the noise.
Pool was very difficult to access, this also should have been addressed in the listing. A heads-up makes a huge difference in expectations.
I don’t feel we received the restful, quiet, family pool vacation we paid for. :(

The place was spacious and beautiful, however there could have been more attention to cleanliness. There were dirty bowl on the cupboard and cobwebs.

The place was nice but the fireplace and TV was not working . I booked for three nights and from day one we contacted the management to fix the issues and we was ignored like we never called.

Subpar cleaning!
Very disappointed with the cleaning of the property, first getaway with COVID, expected top notch cleaning, this did not meet pre covid standards. Floating blueberries in 3 inches of water in fridge crisper, dead fllies lining the window sills with either dog or children smudges, unswept dinner remains from previous quests under the table, BBQ filthy. We did our own clean Able to reach Vacasa rep in Portland, who "passed on the message" however no communication with the local on site property managers. Beautiful property doesn't mean you cut corners on cleaning, especially during a Pandamic!!

Great getaway from the everyday
The unit is beautifully and comfortably furnished. It was very clean and spacious. Our adult family of five plus 2 big dogs all found enough space for privacy when needed .

Nice property - but information about pool access & shuttle service must be updated!
We thought the property was beautiful & well appointed with furnishings & decor. We would recommend some better window coverings to cover up the gabled windows as it was very bright in the morning.
Our check-in did not go as smoothly as we had hoped. We entered the property without any problems using a keyless door entry, but we were told that there would be parking passes. Without these passes we were warned that our cars would be ticketed or towed. So we went to the main office, which is a few kilometers away, and that office was closed even though it said it would be open until 6 o’clock, so we had to call a customer service rep in the US to find out information about the property. Thankfully the service was good and we got our parking passes quickly after that. The property was fairly quiet but there were repairs constantly going on outside that limited our privacy on the back deck.
Due to Covid restrictions, the information about amenities must be updated. In the information about the property, we were told there was a pool available with a key fob. There was no key fob when we arrived or information about the pool. Again we had to call the customer service number to get more information. Pool access was quite restricted, which we understood, but when given a web site link to try and gain entry into the pool area, it was unavailable every day that we were here. We were also told that there was shuttle service and when we called the number they said again that due to Covid the shuttle service would not be running. We felt that all of this information should have been clearly explained in the rental summary.

Beautiful Stay
We loved every inch of this cottage
Only complaint was the pool was they did have workers present during one morning of our stay- they had to remove railing and replace - it was done while we were out however with little kids it was a bit worrisome - other than that no complaints !
