Spacious Townhouse 10 Minutes to UI Hospitals & Campus
Maison de ville sur 3 étages située au sud-ouest de Iowa City, à proximité de l'autoroute et offrant un accès facile aux hôpitaux de l'Université de l'Iowa et au campus situé du côté ouest. Garage pour 2 voitures et buanderie au rez-de-chaussée avec lits superposés pour 2 personnes. Salon avec canapé de bonne taille et cuisine avec 1/2 salle de bain à l'étage intermédiaire. 2 chambres avec 2 salles de bain complètes sur le dessus. Je viens d’obtenir la configuration de l’espace, donc plus de meubles et de meilleures photos à venir :)

The property was even better than we expected. The location, the size of the property and nicely stocked.

We enjoyed our weeklong stay here: the furniture is comfortable, the location is minutes from everywhere we needed to go and the property manager was quick to respond when we needed something. We appreciated the good wifi!

No frills condo, and outdated, But good amount of space, and fairly clean. Carpet needs replaced with a solid surface in areas. Appreciated it being in a quieter neighborhood but off a Main Street that gets you to most places. It was fine for the few hours we were there a couple of days.

The townhouse is in an apartment complex near the highway, which is convenient. Very clean and quiet. There was a 3rd bedroom with a bunkbed that we didn't expect. It was quiet and clean.

We came to Iowa for our son’s wedding. This townhouse was centrally located and served our purposes very well. There were extra mattresses and sleeping options which was nice. Plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, etc. we enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

The location was great for the purpose of our one-night stay. The property is dated and there were some appliances that were not functioning properly. The property manager was easy to reach and responsive.

We booked this property for family who came to IC for a celebration in December. The house was clean and well furnished with plenty of linens and basic pantry supplies. We were in the middle of the blizzard and the warmth and coziness of the house was much appreciated.
Mark's communication was prompt and he accommodated our requests where possible.
Would certainly choose to use this property again.

Great location for quick and easy trip to campus and downtown. Roomy townhouse for two couples (plus a bunk bed if you have kids along). Garage for parking is a plus. Owner is very good with contact. We stayed for a weekend to go to a Hawkeyes game. It was perfect for that. Grocery store less than a mile away.

This property was clean, comfortable and very centralized. We appreciated having the basics, paper towels, TP, garbage bags and soap. Property manager, Mark, was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

The perfect place to stay to visit our daughter at University of Iowa. The home is about a 9-minute drive from the University in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The house was exactly as described - clean, well appointed, and convenient. Mark was easy to communicate with and responsive.

I booked this townhouse for my adult children, their partners & 1 grandchild so they could attend my Fathers funeral.
I believe everything was fine during their stay. The price was reasonable. The only negative I would have is it’s 3 levels-lots of stairs but I’m almost 60 & I didn’t stay there so it was ok for them.
Mark & I communicated via email & phone. He was easy to work with & I will book this again if/when needed.

Shelter From the Storm
Didn't realize I didn't review this property! We were traveling in the winter when a storm hit and Mark was able to work with us to extend our stay. He was very easy to work with and the garage was great so no ice and snow on the car. Safe area.

Hawkeye Game Option
It’s hard to review the property because we we’ve stayed at a ton of really nice vrbo properties. This was at the bottom of the list in terms of “niceness” but that experience wasn’t what we were after with this stay. This is priced for what you get, a convenient place to get some sleep for alumni who are in town for a game. We’d book it again.

Very spacious and incredibly clean!
Amazing property in a great location. Was just in town for a few days for work. Space was everything we needed. Way bigger than the pictures show and extremely clean! I was very impressed. Will be returning in November and already looking to book again.

Has Potential
The place could use a good cleaning. There are spider webs and dust in corners and dirty blinds, curtains and vents. Overall bed is comfortable and good water pressure. Looks like someone just moved out with all the nails in the walls and mismatched furniture. Kitchen is workable but not stocked with much. Some salt and sugar would be nice. Also small glasses and wine glasses would help.
