Perfect for what we needed once again!

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Stephen & Tracey’s place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Cute little getaway home close to everything. Side area is nice and private and has a BBQ. Parking is gated and secured. AC worked great with the hot weather.

The house was perfect. CLose to everything. Well stocked. Beds were very comfy. Large parking area fit truck trailer and 3 motorcycles. Even a little welcome basket after a long trip. Already referring friends to this charming home.

I had a great time staying at this property! The inside was beautiful and clean and check in was easy. I enjoyed the side yard where some friends and I made a fantastic dinner. My two dogs loved it also!! Thank you again for a lovely stay

Very clean, lovely home, all the amenities at your disposal. The only concern i had is the mattress in the small bedroom was too hard and my back hurt all night and the day after. Other than that, the place is great!!!

We drove from Oregon to visit family over Christmas and have stayed before. House has some great upgrades since the last time we stayed 2 years ago. Will definitely stay again.

The property was absolutely perfect for my daughter and I. We had parking and a secure area for my little dog to go outside. The bedrooms were a great size. Bathrooms were nice, but a side note the master bathroom tub is a high step over to get into the bathtub shower. Probably better for older guests to use the other shower. There wasn’t a bath rug in the master bath for exiting the shower. The pillows for sleeping need to be replaced unless you like the pillows flat. Those were my only issues. I would stay here again for sure.

House is well maintained, comfortable and includes anything you may need. Owners were quick to respond to my questions and provided a nice welcome basket for us. Grocery and dollar store around the corner. Few minutes to Rotary Park if you bring a pet. Casinos approx 20 minutes away. Neighbors are very quiet. Enjoyed our stay. Ty.

The place was cozy and clean. Had everything I needed and check in was easy. The owners seems nice. The only thing is I wish it was closer to the venue I needed to be at. But that has nothing to do with the place itself. I'd stay there again. Would recommend

This is our first time using a VRBO. It was a great experience. The size of the property was perfect for the 3 of us and located in a quiet neighborhood. The property managers were very responsive when I had any questions or requests. The property was close to eateries and to Laughlin. We would definitely use this property again!

As my very first air b and b experience I can only hope any future need will be as pleasant. We came from LA and the AZ heat was really something, our gracious host made sure we walked into a well cooled house. The open space setting of the kitchen and living room gave everyone their space after a hard/fun day at the river. Master bedroom was roomy and bathroom had so much counter and cabinet space, 2nd room was cool, cozy and just the right size. Was looking forward to relaxing in the cute patio in picture but our busy schedule didnt allow us the pleasure. Note: Thank you so much for last minute change. The house was very cute and clean. The patio outside was very cute with a patio set and bbq. The owners always responded quickly.

We had a very nice time. Close to water, casinos and family. We stayed very busy. It was nice to have some quiet time and BBQ on the patio too. Thank you!

Stayed for 5 nights. Not luxurious but functional and comfortable. Carpet snd some furnishings show their age. Location worked well for various activities. Off street parking for 2 cars and a small boat worked well. Quiet safe feeling neighborhood.

First time Vrbo experience and it was great. Busy grandparents and we were able to get a few days to ourselves. My wife relaxed, while I did some outdoor activities along the Colorado River. Location was great to reach stores and restaurants. Our hosts answered all our questions and the house had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. Great first-time experience.

Nice, clean and open floor plan. We met family members here for a family reunion. It was perfect to have everyone come to the house for dinners! Very pleased!
