This place was as advertised. It was very clean and convenient. We enjoyed the stay. If I could make one suggestion it would be help with the tv channels. A little guide would be nice. Even one that tells you where the guides were since there were 3. Not a complaint, just suggestion. As we figured ot out.

The unit looked exactly as pictured. The beds were very comfortable and unit was very clean and plenty of start up items. Close proximity to the beach and restaurants. The daily water park pass was great for relaxing and we enjoyed floating on the lazy river. Only problem was one of the elevators did not work. Overall very nice!

A great place to stay in Florida! We will definitely look into booking it again next year. Loved having the 2 balconies - ensured we could sit in sun or shade at any time of day. The water park was lots of fun and our unit came with 4 daily passes for the length of our stay. Close walk to the gulf and a cupboard full of of beach equipment. We had a couple of minor issues that were quickly rectified by very pleasant Bobby!

Superb accommodation. Great plot within the complex with views over both the pool as well as the harbour. Great selection of beach equipment to take which helped a lot. Pool complex was a favourite with the kids. Some crumbs on the floor when we arrived but otherwise flawless and beautiful. A few things inside didn’t work but the agents taking care of it responded almost instantly and fixed those ASAP (minor issues that could happen anywhere). Will be returning next year as it’s so good!

This place is great. The dual balconies came un handy when watching the kids in the water park and catching the sunrises. Very clean condo and this isnt something I would typically write but it was decorated beautifully. The furniture was comfy and the beach theme was spot on. The place has a lot of room and within walking distance of everything you need. We hope to be back.

Our stay was perfect! The room was extremely clean and exactly as described. We had a 1 1/2 and 3 1/2 year old with us and they loved playing on the slides, lazy river and pool in the water park. The beach was just a short walk away and the beach wagon made it so easy. Having two balconies to relax on with wonderful views was a major plus. We also loved that there were so many dining options within walking distance. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Check in was a breeze, condo looked super nice n the website but, wasn’t very clean, if you walked barefoot your feet were black, beds were very hard and not comfortable either. This is the third time staying at Harbourside and the first time in this condo. Definitely my least favorite condo.

We had a great stay. Everything was in working order. It was wonderful to have a full size washer and dryer in unit! Simple walk to the beach, waterpark and local restaurants and shops.

This was our second time and it was even better than the first. Location is very well kept and we love the recent updates to the appliances. The property met all of our needs, nice lodging, water park, and beach. We will definitely be back.

The property was beautiful and extremely clean, the water park was amazing and the kids would have loved it had it not been cold out ,everything was perfect till the doors wouldn’t work and we were stuck outside for over an hour waiting for maintenance to come let us in , i have to say that even tho it was a horrible experience the property manager and owner made the situation rite overall we had an amazing short vacation bit we will be back

We loved our stay! The unit was exactly as the description said. Views of the Bay were spectacular. Dolphins were even sighted from our balcony! There was plenty of room for our group, kids had an amazing time in the water park! We had friends come over to use the waterpark. Guest passes were very easy to get. The beach was literally steps away, and all of the beach equipment and wagon in the closet were super useful. There were plenty of beach towels. Accommodations were very comfortable. Everyone slept well! The town is adorable. Everything is within walking distance. Will absolutely stay in the future!

I’ve never stayed in a condo before where they don’t supply a small bar of soap for the shower and shampoo! We were tired and wanted a shower but had to go shopping before we could. Very inconvenient!! No Kleenex? These units aren’t cheap so the basic necessities are a must. Also it would have been nice to have a couple of lawn chairs to take to the beach. The unit was very nicely decorated.

Very clean and well kept place. Location was great for restaurants, CVS basically across street and beach 5-6 minute walk with kids. getting the free passes to water park was a nice break in the action. Small park but served it’s purpose for us. Will come back in the future.

This condo was immaculately cleaned and decorated. We felt right at home immediately. The washer and dryer in the room were a huge plus. We also enjoyed the beach equipment since we flew in and couldn’t bring our own. Water park was a blast for the kiddos. We will definitely be back!

My mom & I took the 4 grandkids ranging. From 9-19. The booking process was simple and complete. Communication with Debra was very clear and she was super quick to answer any questions or concerns. The check in process was easy and instructions were clear. The condo was beautiful and clean. Looks exactly as pictured in the photos. There were plenty of towels, blankets, dishes & beach toys. Having 2 balconies was so nice for sunrise/sunsets as well as extra space to relax. It’s a quick walk to the beach, CVS or restaurants. We were so happy to have rented this unit and looking forward to coming back. Extra thanks to Debra and her crew. I highly recommend staying here for a great experience!!

Fantastic vacation!
What an awesome property! We had the best time, from check in to check out, everything worked out perfect. The condo was roomy and decorated beautifully. The balconies on both ends had amazing views. And the location was was wonderful… close proximity to anything we needed. We are already planning our next visit to FL and are hopeful that we will be able to stay at this property, possibly this specific unit, again. Thank you for allowing us to visit and stay here!

Nice and Clean
Had a great time and the condo was great. We had an issue with the shower head. I contacted the property management and it was taken care of immediately. I would suggest larger frying pans for the kitchen and new bed pillows.

Wonderful
A beautiful place to stay with your family! Very clean and comfortable! Has all the comforts of home! A little playpen for our 6 month old and even a high chair! Our 9 year olds had a wonderful time as well with the water park being right there and the beach only 3 minutes away (walking)! They have everything you will need for the beach as well! Such convenience! The property manager (Debra) was great as well; always sent reminders so you knew exactly how to check in and out. Anything you needed at all she emailed right back :) Definitely the place to go!!

Worth your money
We are so happy to have booked this property for our family vacation. It was perfect for my 9,5, and 1 year old. Very nice and family friendly! The water park being downstairs is a major plus!

Fabulous accomodations!
We enjoyed our stay in this lovely, clean and spacious two bedroom condo. It had an amazing view of the inlet from one balcony and also baby view of the the water park from a second balcony. We were able to see the sunrise each morning from our balcony and could go go up to the rooftop deck to view the sunset on the ocean each evening. We were just a few blocks from the ocean and they had everything we needed for fun at the beach in the closet. The water park was also very nice and they had a tiki bar and a restaurant where we ate several meals right next door. They also had everything we needed to make a few meals in the condo. We rented a car but really did not need one as we were in close proximity to so many highly recommended restaurants.

Fabulous Place To Stay
This condo unit is very clean and the renovations were well done. Loved having the two balconies, one on the front over looking the water park and the second one over looking the waterway and the boats! The access to the water park and the beach are very nice and easy!!! Can't wait to come back!
