We had a great time exploring Lava Hot Springs. This property is 5-10 walk from most things in town. Plenty of space for a large group!

We has a wonderful stay at this property. The house is extremely clean and well maintained. All the appliances and air conditioning worked very well. All communication with Scott was prompt, and he even accommodated us when a member of our party left something behind. This is a exceptional property.

Great location especially for the number of people. We loved having all the rooms and space to accommodate our group. Multiple in our party commented on how well stocked the kitchen was with pots and pans. Thanks for a lovely stay. We will definitely consider this place for future stays.

House was what we wanted...it was spacious, clean and easily accessible. Got some much needd rest.

We love staying at Top of the Town. One of the only places in Lava where our whole family can stay under the same roof. Having two full bathrooms is a blessing when there is 15 people.The house clean and in great condition. The kitchen is fully stocked and the beds are comfortable. I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely book again for our next family adventure in Lava.

We had 4 married couples and it was so nice that each couple could have their own bedroom with a queen sized bed. There was plenty of room for the kids as well. It was a comfortable home and very conveniently located to everything. Scott was very prompt in responding to my questions before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay, the location was great to walk anywhere in town. We had 10 adults, and six children and lots of room other than the kitchen and dining area (too small for our group.) We were glad that there were two tables in the backyard to make it easier to accommodate our eating situation. The kitchen was only big enough for 2-3 people to prep food and get it ready, The bench table in the dining area was good for 5 to 6 adults for eating. We felt that the backyard was advertised bigger than it actually was. Other than those few things, it was an older house but has been fixed up nice. We enjoyed our stay. Scott, was our host and he was great on responding with any questions we had about the rental, and the attractions there at lava Hot Springs.

We had a girls weekend with about 12 ladies. We had plenty of room, was in walking distance of the attractions and had ample space. Owner answered my questions quickly and was great to work with. The amenities were great.

Great location, great for large group
Very clean and impressed with all the room. We were there with a big group of adults and each had separate rooms with good beds. Sometimes hard to find! The location was great with a short walk right down to the bars and restaurants.

Girls trip weekend was so much fun and this home was perfect. Lots of sleeping space so we were all comfortable and so cute and cozy inside. Definitely hoping to come back again.

Perfect Size and Location
The home is in the perfect location to enjoy all the activities in Lava Hot Springs. Plenty of rooms and beds for my six children with two babies. Loved the patio outside to relax after a busy day playing. Will definitely use this property again on my next visit!

Went to Lava Hot Springs for a family reunion. This rental comfortable housed my family of 14 for two nights. We didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The bedrooms were quiet and comfortable. We loved that it was close to grocery shopping and restaurants.
