We made the trip up from Florida to see snow and couldn't have asked for a better location. The owner was extremely helpful and answered any question we had about the house or surrounding area. Highly recommended!

My husband and I wanted to take my in-laws to visit Biltmore house (they were in town visiting from New Mexico). This was perfect place for short weekend trip up from Fayetteville where we live. We enjoyed short proximity in to town, maybe 20ish minutes to the estate. The place was very clean, living room spacious and perfect for short movie last night after long day out at Biltmore Estate. Communication with property owners was super easy, provided a very detailed list instructions and list of recommendations on check in, so felt like we didn’t need to reach out too much, they had everything already laid out and explained! Had basic necessities provided for morning coffee, basic shower needs…etc Highly recommend!

My family wanted to have a quick getaway for the Thanksgiving holiday and found this location not far from the South Slope area. The unit was spacious for 3 adults and beyond clean! Since we would be there for Thanksgiving, I reached out to inquire what kitchenware was available so I would know how to pack. Mike responded and said everything we might need would be in the unit….he wasn’t kidding!! Well stocked kitchen with various pots and pans, dishes, utensils (some of which I didn’t even think about). I could not be happier with our decision to stay here. Thank you so much for a lovely place to spend our holiday!!!

Located close to all our activities, it was a great place to come back to when we were exhausted. Comfy couches and beds, and lots of extra little touches to make the guests comfortable.

We were looking for something central to BRParkway and Asheville downtown and quiet place ! This location and place is perfect for all , had a nice homey feeling at night to relax and morning nature sounds were serene !

The apartment was just as advertised. Super easy to contact the property manager and perfect for our trip to Asheville.

It's kinda like going to the Bat Cave (the fictional one from Batman comics, not the place in the Carolinas). You drive on winding roads and wonder if you're ever going to get there. Once you do, it's a great place to unwind after a busy day of hiking or enjoying Asheville.

Michael was a great host. He was there to welcome us when we arrived. The apartment was perfect for three friends getting together. It was clean, roomy and had a nice outdoor seating area. Would recommend if visiting the Asheville area.

Unfortunately, because of Covid, We could only stand outside the window my aunts nursing home and talk to her via the phone. Mountain Air was the perfect place for us to stay and was such a cozy, comfortable, and relaxing place to sleep after emotionally exhausting days. Michael was always available and responded quickly to any text messages or emails. I would definitely stay there again.

This is a well maintained property that is close to everything(short drive to all the sites). Very friendly host that responds quickly to your needs while your a guest. Perfect for our girls weekend getaway!!

Two former roommates and lifelong friends from AL and NC went to Asheville to see arboretum and Vanderbilt Estate. This VRBO was a welcome haven once we finished our touring. Over wine we could watch movies and catch up on our lives. Quiet, clean, very well appointed, this was a delightful place to stay.

The place was easy to find, good location, clean. The owners detected an issue with the A/C and fixed it before we even noticed. Communicating via the VRBO app was quick and convenient.

Very comfortable. The furniture was clean, new and comfortable with plenty of place to sit. It was quite and had everything needed in kitchen to cook. It was perfect place to spend a relaxing time with our son.
