We had no hot water the entire weekend. Tried to call the number and were out on hold never got through to get it fixed. The place is very nice and clean and excellent location but no hot water was a huge problem.

My wife and I chose this condo for the features and the proximity to the village.
Check in information and utilizing the Vacasa App, very efficient.
Heat wave on evening of arrival meant we needed the air conditioning. AC was non-functioning. Call to Vacasa customer service was efficient and maintenance very helpful, got the AC going, except it wasn’t working, woke up sweating and couldn’t breathe. I got maybe three hours sleep the first night.
First thing in morning, another call to maintenance and Vacasa customer service. Finally got AC working mid day took all second night to cool down. Second day, I was advised by Vacasa customer service that they needed into the condo a third time. To do something to the electric switch board.
This was our Anniversary for my wife and I. First opportunity for us to get away in three years, I told customer service, they Indicated I would be compensated $250 on my credit card. I reluctantly agreed.
I have not seen the compensation on my credit card.
Nice redecorating on the condo, but the mechanics were suffering.
Also, no hot water in shower, I let customer service know on last day, no comments were given to me.
Not a great experience.
I’m still waiting for the compensation of the $250.

We loved our stay at this property. The pictures need to be updated because the owners have done lots of renovations and it looks way better now than it does in the pictures on the website.
A couple of things that I think could use improvement:
There should be a list inside the unit that tells you where things are and how to use them. There is a hot tub on the property but it’s tucked away. We arrived in the evening when it was dark, so we had a heck of a time finding it. Also, there is a fireplace in the living room but we never did find out where the switch was to turn it on.
One peeve was that the kitchen was equipped with all sorts of utensils (and oddly, used children’s pacifiers) like ladles, spatulas, whisks etc but there is NO can opener! I found that very odd and I was in a rough spot trying to feed my daughter lunch. I called Vacasa and they helped by sending someone over with a can opener, but they came many hours later after I called. They also sent me an email saying that if it wasn’t explicitly mentioned as an included amenity, I should have brought my own. I found that odd because every place we have rented before always includes a can opener and it’s never been a thing I’ve had to bring.
Other than those minor things, I would definitely rent this place again. It’s beautiful, clean, and close walking distance to the village.

The upstairs neighbours were walking around all night it seems the floors are not very insulated.

This unit was gorgeous! The renovations and decor were so nice. Beds were so cozy and the location is great. About a 1km walk to the village. Neighbours were very friendly. Absolutely going to book this unit again. Only recommendation would be to leave a broom in the closet! Just to help keep up with any of the fall leaves that come in on shoes for the front hallway

This unit has been totally redone. Disreguard the photos as they are not what the unit looks like at all. It is beautiful and very fresh and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here as it is an end unit and very private.

Great place! The pictures here should be updated, as the condo has all modern features and fixtures. It was stunning to see when we walked in. Location was great too - central to everything, 2 min walk to the village.

We had a wonderful stay at this property!
We were pleasantly surprised by the design and furnishings in the condo…beautifully decorated and updated compared to the photos in the listing!
The location is great! 5min walk to the village. The unit itself is an end unit and nestled in a quiet corner.
Overall the unit had everything we needed for our weekend stay.
Pros:
- really beautiful inside
- great location
- quiet section of the condo area
- nice small secluded outdoor patio
Cons:
- floor was really sandy and dirty when we arrived and there were cobwebs and bugs in corners. Main surfaces were clean but cleaning service could do a bit better job in my opinion.
- master bedroom bed was way too soft for my liking. We had to switch to the guest bedroom which has a much more supportive mattress.
- you could really hear the people upstairs walking around
We would consider staying at this place again and would recommend it to others.

A wonderful stay with our family at Rivergrass. We enjoyed the pool daily and the peaceful surroundings. The property was modernly renovated and styled. Everything you need in one location.

The home is very clean and such a great location (few minutes walk to the Village; didn't need to use the shuttle). Instructions for check-in were very easy. It was spacious enough for 2 adults, 2 teenagers, a baby and 2 dogs.
Minor inconveniences include not knowing where the pool was (and when we called customer service, they insisted there was no pool), the drawers in the bedrooms are very hard to open as they don't have handles so we had to leave them slightly ajar, and the water temperature in the ensuite shower is lukewarm at best.
Customer Service did send someone right away to check out the hot water situation, which they couldn't do anything about, so we all ended up using the shower in the second bathroom. We could hear footsteps and loud music from upstairs whenever we were in the main living area, but easily drowned out with white noise in the bedrooms.
Otherwise, great finishes and furnishings. We were very comfortable and would love to return in the future.

A nice weekend away
This very pleasant, newly renovated property is in a very quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac, close to the golf course and conveniently located near Blue Mountain Village. It has a semi-private outdoor space with lots of birds and trees, and you can hear but not see the golfers. The area has a very “retirement community” feel, which may or may not work for you depending on what you’re looking for (it suited us perfectly).
The condo still seems to be in the process of being updated, and would benefit from another couch and an ottoman or two. Maybe relatedly, the internet login info we were given was wrong so we didn’t have access (the VRBO reps were very good about finding a workaround for the problem) and the ensuite bathroom shower only had lukewarm water.
The place has two bedrooms, both with televisions and king beds. The mattress in the secondary room is extremely firm, bordering on hard. The kitchen was well-equipped for our needs. It has a k-cup coffee maker, but there was no coffee or tea available, so be sure to bring your own.
Overall this is a good all-season rental. Would recommend for a weekend away.

Patio chairs very dirty. Old dipper left on top of one of them.
Kids mattresses slide from the mattress box and dislocate from the beds.
Otherwise very pleasant apartment. Clean. Stylish décor.
Would come back for sure.

We experienced difficulty with the door keypad, due to malfunction. This was time consuming and stressful. Upon contacting property management, the resolution of the problem meant using a key to access through the side door. The rest of our stay was great! The condo met all our expectations. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Initially when checking in, I really thought the inside of the unit might look the way the front door did and that it would ruin our stay but thank god it was much cleaner inside. However the carpet could use some cleaning. Their were stains and crumbs as well.

Beautiful property to spend our local summer vacation this year. Our family of four enjoyed the beautiful property as well as the local attractions. Loved that there was so much to do within walking distance; impressed by the level of cleanliness and care that the staff are taking with all of the COVID-19 mandates.

The resort is very nice and the unit is exceptional. Very clean, spacious and very well equipped. Outdoor space is very nice with mountain view.
Greenery wonderful. The pool added extra activity and relaxation.

Great stay!
We stayed for a total of 2 nights and loved it! The check in and check out was very easy. Very clean! The location is very close to the village, 5 minute walk. Overall we really enjoyed our stay! Will be back soon!

Perfect Vacation
Everything about our experience in this house was wonderful. It was a great size for our family of 4 and was very clean. We had everything we needed to cook while there to feel at home. The location of the house was very private. It’s a 2 min walk to the pool and less than 10 minute walk to the village. We would stay there in a heartbeat if returning to the area. We rent houses every vacation we go on and between the house and the whole blue mountain area this vacation has topped our list!!
