Studio spacieux et indépendant près du ferry et du parc de la ville. Vous aurez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour faire de cet endroit votre maison - des ustensiles de cuisine, une grande télévision et une grande terrasse pour profiter du coucher du soleil. Emplacement de choix avec une distance de marche du charmant centre-ville d'Edmonds, de belles plages, à 20 minutes en voiture (ou 27 minutes en train) de Seattle et à 3 minutes en voiture du terminal des ferries pour se rendre à la péninsule olympique. Il s'agit d'un studio de 450 pieds carrés récemment rénové avec une grande terrasse sur un grand terrain semblable à un parc. Notre endroit est situé sur une impasse tranquille avec une grande cour pleine d'arbres dont des pommiers, des pruniers et des mûres. Ils sont à vous pour la cueillette. Vous aurez votre propre bâtiment avec une entrée privée et un garage avec buanderie.

Le studio est spacieux et comprend une télévision connectée de 50 pouces (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. pas d'abonnement à la télévision ou au câble), un foyer électrique et une pompe à chaleur écologique avec climatisation. La cuisine est bien équipée avec tous les éléments essentiels de cuisine dont vous avez besoin si vous choisissez de rester pour un repas. Nous avons un lit queen confortable et un canapé pliant pour accueillir 3-4 personnes. (Veuillez noter que le canapé pliant serait plus confortable pour dormir de plus petites personnes, 5 '8 "ou moins). Nous fournissons également un matelas pneumatique queen et pouvons fournir un pack n play ou un lit d'enfant en bas âge si nécessaire. Nous avons trois enfants, donc si vous avez besoin de quelque chose pour vos enfants, faites-le nous savoir.

My highest recommendation! Best mattress I've encountered at such accommodations. Extra credit for host Joe for going out of his way to help me with EV charging when my car's battery was running low.

Nice clean property in quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked and loved that they had a french press for coffee. Bed was very comfortable. Great tiled shower.

Nice and convenient location for family visiting Edmonds. Walkability to Edmonds is very good, but for other local attractions plan in having a vehicle available. Hosts were friendly and communicative. We would stay here again.

Vern’s studio is perfect for a nice visit in Edmonds. It’s super close to everything. The cottage is cute and super quiet. Checking in and out of the studio is a breeze. My husband and I would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. Liked that there was a washer and dryer to use. Had everything else we needed. Enjoyed having Netflix! We're not real techie, but only found ourselves in the dark once when we couldn't remember the light name! Thought we did pretty good overall!! Stairs were a little bit of an issue, but had a good sturdy handrail.

The cottage was perfect for our stay. Centrally located, next to city park, very comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and bath, nice outdoor area, within walking distance to downtown’s Main St. district. The owners were very accommodating and responsive to our questions and requests.

This property is incredibly sweet, well-maintained, easy access, and the location was ideal for walks, beach time, groceries & restaurants, along with time spent at Swedish Medical Center for medical appointments. My husband and I highly recommend this property. The owners were very responsive and amiable!

This was a wonderful place to stay. Very clean and modernized with easy access to all major roads and ferries as well as, within walking distance to the lovely town of Edmonds.
The positioning of the cabin is very private and you get the feeling of being in the woods, but it’s
not rural. There are houses close by so, It feels safe, even coming home late at night .
The host’s were easy to contact and were very accommodating and kind. I look forward to my next trip.

True to the website photos in look and feel, the unit was equipped with smart home technology and had some of the special touches found in an upscale resort. The hosts were incredibly gracious and responsive and welcomed questions and feedback. Located on a cul-de-sac, the studio afforded privacy and blessed quiet for a peaceful night's sleep. At the same time it was in walking distance of the marina, ferry, shops, and restaurants. Oh, and there is a lovely little park right across the street. All in all, I could not have been more pleased with my stay, and may plan another trip to the Seattle area, just to stay at the studio again!

Perfect Location
This is the second time we’ve stayed here and we’ll certainly return. Quaint cottage with everything we needed. Within quick walking distance to Edmonds City Park, the ferry and downtown Edmonds. As an added bonus, Joe and his family couldn’t be nicer! We’ll be back!

The location is within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants of downtown Edmonds. The cottage was cozy and well appointed, with everything you can need in the kitchen. While we never actually met the hosts, they still made us feel very welcome with a friendly handwritten note waiting for us. We hope to return when the weather is better and can take advantage of the fire pit and perfect location.

The studio apartment in Edmonds gave us just what we were looking for. Our grandchildren live 20 min away. They enjoyed visiting. Age appropriate toys were made available. The nearby park was great! Communication with our hosts very efficient. I highly recommend this location and hope to return.
