Cette maison de ville bien entretenue et mise à jour, 4 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bains a un hébergement pour tous les amateurs de plage. 6ème maison à l'arrière de la plage et à proximité de la baie, de l'épicerie, des magasins et des restaurants. Promenez-vous à vélo ou à vélo dans vos restaurants et glaciers préférés. Il n'y a pas de routes principales entre notre maison et la plage, ce qui signifie très peu de circulation. Parfait pour faire du vélo ou jouer à l'extérieur.
Ceci est une propriété de vie inverse avec au premier étage ayant 2 chambres, une suite junior, salle de bains, laveuse / sécheuse et coin salon. Le deuxième étage a une cuisine spacieuse, salle à manger et salon avec terrasse extérieure et suite parentale.
La maison a été récemment mise à jour avec de nouveaux téléviseurs HD, un accès Internet haut débit, de nouveaux matelas et des meubles de terrasse sur le toit haut de gamme.
Admirez le lever et le coucher du soleil depuis le spacieux toit-terrasse et profitez de la vue sur l'océan depuis le salon. Une cour arrière permet des douches extérieures et des grillades et des réfrigérations - les moûts de vacances à la plage. This was our second year at this awesome property. The house is close the beach, has beach toys and chairs and is spacious, clean, nice roof deck with view of the waves.

Just steps from the beach, our family and friends enjoyed a relaxing weekend. The house was as clean as I've seen any rental, and the owners were very responsive. Would recommend

We had a great time at Anna's home. She was very communicative upfront, answering all of our questions about which items came provided vs. what we'd have to bring ourselves. She also informed us that the toaster was reported broken by the past guests and that a new one would be delivered on our first day, and that worked out smoothly. The proximity to the beach was unbeatable, and we had no issues with parking. The living room/kitchen space was perfect for 7 adults to hang out and dine in, and we really loved having the balcony and the rooftop deck. Thank you so much!

We really enjoyed our stay with the very short walk to the beach and short ride to all Beach Haven attractions (Thunder Surf, fantasy Island) and restaurants. The owners we very responsive throughout the process and during our stay. One small issue was resolved immediately upon informing the owner. House is in great shape and comes with plenty of beach toys, chairs and wagon. Would highly recommend!

The house was perfect! Celebrated with my daughter and a few of her friends for her sweet 16! Had a beautiful Hibachi dinner in the back yard.

We had an amazing week at this beautiful home just steps from the beach! Anna communicated well with me prior to booking and responded to all my questions. The house is stocked with beach chairs, beach badges, a wagon, and even some beach toys. There’s plenty of throw blankets and a few quilts, some previously left condiments, board games, and the house was clean. The air conditioning works very well and the balconies are lovely for hanging out! With just a few houses to the beach and the quiet of this neighborhood it’s a wonderful house for families! Thank you Anna for such a memorable stay at your home!

The house is very nice, and they have a lot of beach chairs and beach toys for the kids. The location is fantastic, about 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Located on ocean block so nice and quiet. Loved the rooftop deck, and our neighbors for the week. Communication with management company was good. Had no issues at all. Definitely recommend. Thank you owners for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

The house had everything we needed for a long weekend- we especially loved the roof deck. I would definitely recommend the house for a group of girls!

What a great house for a young family on the beach! We came to LBI for a week to attend a family wedding. We were lucky enough to rent Anna and Tom's home for the week. My parents, my husband, myself, our two small children and my sister and cousin stayed in the house. The home is perfect for a family. The house is welcoming, spotless and so functional. We all had more than enough room to spend time together and apart (which if you have small children you know how important that can be). Half a block away from the beach made it so easy to spend the day and still bounce back and forth with small babies.
Anna and Tom have thought of every detail to make their home a great rental. Beach decor, baby equipment, tons of beach toys and bikes - you name it they have it. Anna was also so responsive and accommodating from booking to even after our stay when we left some items behind (mom brain!)
It is such a great home and Anna and Tom are so lovely to share it. I highly recommend renting this home and we cannot wait to stay here again.

It was nice
I was surprised to find the temperature was nearly 80 in the house when I arrived but Anna sent someone right over to clean the filters and reset the Nest device. The dryer was clogged with lint and left filthy by the former renter. I guess the cleaning people don’t look at that? It was not functioning but Anna sent someone right away to get it sorted. There was someone’s underwear left in the washer as well. There were beer caps strewn under the couch cushions and an empty bottle left under the coffee table. I guess I just expected more for such an expensive property. I leave a place cleaner than I find it and this place was not properly cleaned. Anna was very responsive to the AC and dryer issues but I think she and Tom should get a new cleaning crew. With that said great views and lovely location.

The home is beautiful and a great location to the beach! The owners made it very comfortable supplying everything we needed to feel at home.

Spring Break Getaway
What a great house in an amazing location! It was a quick walk to the beach (great for young children) and a short drive to Bay Village and the stores of Beach Haven. The home itself was very clean and comfortable, and we especially loved the amazing views from the roof-top deck! The owner was also incredibly friendly and accommodating, and made sure to check in to make sure we had arrived on the island okay and had everything we needed. Would definitely love to go back again!

Relaxing Getaway!
Had an amazing stay at Anna and Tom’s house. The location was such an easy walk for my kids to go back and forth to the beach, and we loved sitting on the decks watching the sun rise and set. We will definitely come back in September if there is an available weekend! <3

We rented the house for a winter get-away for 2 adults and 3 teenage girls. Everybody had a wonderful time! The house is actually even nicer than the pictures, and totally lived up to our expectations. Everything was very clean, easy to find & comfortable. In the summer this house must be even more amazing, so close to the beach! Communicating with Anna was a breeze. She sent someone to get the fireplace going for us before we got there (clearly not a priority in a summer house), and let us stay past check out time to enjoy the beautiful empty winter beach some more. I can not recommend this place enough!

Had a wonderful stay with some friends, the home was in a beautiful location steps from the beach in a quiet neighborhood, but still close to shops and restaurants.
