C'est un appartement confortable et confortable de deux chambres et une salle de bain récemment rénové pour que nos clients puissent profiter après une longue journée de visites. C'est un grand espace pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires et les familles avec enfants. Un parking public est également disponible.
Parkslope est un quartier super sûr avec des tonnes de restaurants, bars et aussi une laverie et un supermarché sur le bloc. La station de métro Prospect avenue la plus proche est à cinq minutes à pied avec seulement 20 minutes de trajet dans le bas de Manhattan.

We arrived at the location during our reserved rental time to find the apartment was occupied by someone else. When we contacted the owner, he said they would be staying there a few more days. He tried to convince me at first I had rented a different unit which was not the one pictured. I looked at it and it had dirty sheets with dog and human hair on them and holes in the living room ceiling and a broken open outlet in the kitchen. The whoe set-up was different, no kitchen table, no cute wallpaper. He we were better staying in the dirty aparment anyway because the heat was broken in the one we had rented. All of this sounded very fishy and I called VRBO who asked me to document the situation. VRBO then held a three-way call with the owner who at that point appeared to be under the influence and incoherent. VRBO helped us relocate to hotel (by this time it was 12:30AM on a school night). We spent three days in a hotel room while VRBO helped us find a new apartment in Brooklyn. If you have other options, I would defintiely take them. Please know this apartment is also on a very busy street with the bedrooms overlooking the street. There isn't a martial arts business downstairs, as pictured, it is now a deli/discount store. The front door of the building looked like it had been kicked in at some point, was bent and missing a deadbolt. It was secured only with what looked to be a cheap bathroom-type door knob that locks from inside. I live in this area and was renting a place to live in with my child between permanent apartments. Not a safe place for a family.

Saif has been a very attentive and fantastic host.
We stayed for a long stay and it was a quaint place with restaurants and entertainment right outside out door close to 5 ave in Park Slope. It’s central to it all.

Cozy and Well-Located
The property fit a NYC apartment to a "T". It had what I needed, clean and comfortable and well-situated. Saif was nice and responsive and check-in was a breeze. Looking forward to staying here on future business trips to Brooklyn

My family and I spent a long weekend in Brooklyn. Saifs place was perfect for us. Great location. There’s literally everything nearby. Easy accessibility to the train also, as we did go into Manhattan one of the days. We did drive to Brooklyn, and the parking was very easy. It’s in a busy neighborhood, but we are completely fine with that. The downstairs neighbor had a party while we were there, and invited us. They were very friendly. We will definitely come again!

Just what we needed

My friends and I enjoyed our short weekend stay to NYC for my birthday. The communication with the owner was amazing! He allowed my group and I to check out late which was so nice of him. The space was just as the pictures very clean and cute space. I would totally stay here again whenever I come back to the city!!!

Convenient & Comfortable
My friends and I enjoyed our short stay at Saif's place. The location is convenient and the apartment is clean and comfortable. The check-in process was easy and Saif quickly responded to all messages.

Great experience
We enjoyed staying in Siad’s apartment! It was close to nice places to eat, within walking distance to the subway and clean. We would
stay here again when in the area.

Brooklyn stay
We enjoyed are stay here. The price was very reasonable for this two bedroom apartment. The rental was clean and comfortable for a couple or small family. The location of the rental was convenient to all of Park Slopes activities and to transit to Manhattan.
