everything was as listed. closer to neighbors than i expected, but it was so quiet. the beds were very comfortable. everything was clean. one of the nicest rentals we have stayed. owner was very nice. we would definitely stay again!

The home was incredibly clean, beds were comfortable, check-in was simple, and communication with owner was great. Kitchen was well designed, big TV was nice for relaxing, and bathrooms were well-designed with nice showers. Neighborhood was quiet, and beaches were a few minutes' drive away. This VRBO is a great choice for anyone wanting easy access to old town Bay St. Louis and beaches, without the price of beachfront rentals. Thanks, Paul, for nice accommodations!

We were in town for the 4th Annual Boo in the Bay Parade. House is very clean. Owners stay in contact prior to arrival, during arrival, and at checkout. House has a nice open plan. Beds are comfortable and kitchen as space. Will definitely stay here again!

Fishing vacations can be stressful but when you find the right place too stay the stress goes away. I really loved too see how at home the place was with all accommodations it just made the trip feel as if we didn’t leave our home

The house is roomy, well stocked with towels, dishes, utensils, etc. The host will meet any needs you might have, and it’s handicap accessible with shower accessories and a lift chair. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. I’ll definitely be back to this property!

We enjoyed our time at this house. It was very spacious for three people. The beds were comfortable, and we liked having two bathrooms. It was centrally located for a swamp boat tour in Slidell, LA, and an evening in Biloxi. The Waveland beach was lovely.

I booked a three day weekend stay for a friend and myself as a birthday trip to the area. I am familiar with the area and have always felt this was a second home type atmosphere. We completely enjoyed our time in the Bay Area. Our rental was perfect, almost like home.

The property was fantastic! We were in the area to visit our son that is currently at the military base. He enjoyed his time away from the base. We loved Bay St. Louis. Paul was awesome! Would definitely stay here again...and again...and again!

Only problem was parking for trailer and truck. Could use a dresser in the 2nd bedroom. Other than that it is a great little house. Quite comfortable. Enjoyed our stay completely, and will be back next year. Paul was very helpful and quick to answer any questions. Thanks, Bill & Terry

Nice, clean and comfortable home with a seaside cottage feel but off the beach. Central to all activity in towns along the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Friendly townsfolk and excellent seafood restaurants. Host was responsive to our needs.

We were looking for a weekend getaway to Bay St Louis and found this property last minute. Couldn’t have asked for more . Great location, very updated on the inside and the host was super nice. It allowed us to connect with the city, beach and Mississippi coast. It’s worth a look by anyone!
