Your accommodations were amazing. Everything we needed. However no radio that we could find. Also you should always use a 4 wheeldrive to get to location of the cabin. It takes hour to get to town. So bring everything you want to eat and drink. Also lifejackets are necessary if wanting to get into water at cabin.

This cabin is absolutely perfect!!! It has everything you would, or could, possibly think of! It was very clean, spacious, and accommodating. It is a great place for a reset and getaway from reality, so peaceful and serene. The owner is very responsive, and was available if we needed her. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again.

Absolutely stunning cabin. Well stocked with tons of extras you would not get at another rental property. We are already checking calendars to see when we can stay again. Strongly suggest four wheel drive as some of the gravel roads get a little rough. Cannot say enough amazing things about this place.

Wonderful retreat. Like a hunting/fishing lodge right on the river. Got stuck trying to go up a gravel hill on the property while pulling a small boat with my truck.

Definitely on country gravel roads, somewhat gamey in spots, but the end result is worth it. Family girls’ trip. Beautiful setting. Too early in season to get in the river. But wow! What a spot! Just beautiful. The cabin, built with local timber, is extraordinary. We will go back!

This is beautiful setting on the Current River. The log home is fully equipped and lacks for very little. You are certainly not "roughing it". The only down side is the drive in and out. Rough roads through the woods! Wouldn't want to do it after dark the first time.

Nice just to far off the main road

We're a family of river rats and this place right on the water was perfect for us. The clear, cool water was standing depth almost across the whole river and was great to hash out in with the kids. The house was very nice and has everything you need, including a nice break from cell and Wi-Fi service.

This cabin was amazing and beautiful. Very secluded which is what we were looking for. Very spacious and clean. The host left very detailed instructions and history of the cabin. It has all the amenities of being at home. This was a family Vacation and we all loved it and did not want to leave.

This was one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed in! I was remote and ride on the river. The cabin is absolutely adorable and very clean. It was perfect for a girls weekend away. We absolutely love this place and we are already planning on coming back!

This spacious log cabin on the Current River was a great place to reconnect with friends. It was quiet, secluded and very peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the rustic front porch in the daytime and built a campfire in the evening with the sound of the ever-flowing river nearby. The cabin was comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed for an enjoyable mini-vacation. It will be especially beautiful in a couple of weeks when the leaves become more colorful. We will likely return next year, but highly recommend four-wheel drive!

This place is fabulous! Right on the Current River. You definitely want a 4 wheel drive vehicle. Beautiful, well appointed cabin. Beds were comfy. 2 excellent grills. Had our foodie thing going on every night. Water was mesmerizing. Played in the river every day. Ice machine in the basement is huge based on the distance to town. Totally loved this cabin! Lindsey provided excellent directions to get there. We most likely will go there again. Thank you Lindsey for allowing us to stay on your beautiful property!

We had so much fun living the River life for a couple of days. Your property is beautiful and we were so happy with everything it had to offer - even the driveway gave us a funny laugh. We appreciate the hospitality and will definitely be back.

This is such a perfect little piece of paradise! Definitely a long way out down a gravel road but it ended up being totally worth it and I’d do it again in a heartbeat! ❤️ I can’t describe how perfect this place was. The hosts provided so much for us and made it so easy! So nice to unplug with no cell phones for a weekend!

This cabin was absolutely stunning ! And the host Ms.Lindsey was very attentive, answered all our questions and gave us some tips on where to float the current river at , places to eat and shop. The location was perfect! When it says off the beaten path , it definitely is. Lots of gravel roads to get to the cabin , so word of advice.....don't worry about having a clean car , because by the time you get there your car will be dusty. But with that being said , once you get to the cabin a dusty car will be well worth it! Some reviews I read said you'd need a 4x4 to get there but we didn't, we had a Tahoe and land Rover without 4-wheel drives , neither vehicle had any problems getting in or out. The cabin sits on a hill just above it current river,the views are breathtaking to say the least. There's a dock just below the cabin to fish , swim or to just hang out and listen to the rippling sounds of the river passing by. The cabin was amazing , very clean and up to date decor. It has everything you need to to cook , everything even spices. We used the pellet grill , which was awesome! They even had the pellets there for the grill too. The laundry room has everything you need to wash your clothes , laundry detergent , fabric softener and fabric sheets plus more. The cabin has kayaks , a lily pad for the water , fishing poles and tons of movies to watch being there isn't tv service or WiFi. Yes I know no cell service at all but that made it even better. It gave us a total disconnect from the everyday life and that it's self was amazing! The 6 beds were very comfortable, in1st room was a king bed , the 2nd room had 2 , I think we're queens possibly full size the 3rd room in the loft had a queen and 2 twins. The cabin simply felt as if we were at home , so relaxing! And honestly the pictures doesn't do it justice , it's so much better in person. The only problem we had was........ Leaving to go home , but we've already booked to stay again😎😊 I definitely recommend this cabin to anyone, you won't regret it! Thank you Ms.Lindsey for sharing your beautiful cabin with us! If I could rate my stay with a 10 , I definitely would!

Everything you need to get away

Beautiful location and structure well suited to family time. Cabin has everything you need and many things you want but wouldn't have assumed. The popcorn machine was as big hit as well as the giant ice machine in the basement. The fishing poles, kayaks, floating toys, etc would make every summer trip so easy. And the owners are so nice. Quick response and ever respectful of your time. The only issues with the home are the remote location, nearly zero mobile service, and somewhat steep rock drive. Bring an AWD at least for peace of mind. If you kind of need a break from the internet and a setting that helps you relax, there's no place better. 100%

We had a really good time. Getting to town the first day was a bit sketchy because of the hill. But we figured it out!

Agree with everyone who said you do need 4WD just for the last 1/4-1/2 mile! And there is absolutely no reception, but there is a landline in case you need it. The cabin is beautiful and can easily sleep 10. We had a great time relaxing, watching movies, letting the kids play in the shallows, and fishing. They have everything you need there, and town isn't that far away if you need to get supplies. Lindsey, the owner, was very friendly and answered all of my questions.

I was so relaxed the whole time we were at the cabin! I really appreciated getting a break from the outside world. The water was beautiful and refreshing and we took full advantage of the kayaks and float devices provided! We had originally planned to go out on day trips, but the house was so nice and the gravel drive in was not for the faint of heart so we stayed out the whole time, and enjoyed every second of it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean and well kept. Lots of additional amenities we were super excited to be able to enjoy! We definitely could have stayed a few more days. They were not kidding that you would need an AWD vehicle to access the property, but our van did ok! 😬 Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful cabin with us!

My family and I loved every part of this cabin. The views of the river, ease of access to the ramp on property, trails in Mark twain forest, and the beauty of the cedar and yellow pine cabin. Amazing attentiveness to renters. The list goes on, too much to list! We will be back no doubt...
