We found a beautiful, clean property that was perfect for our visit! The pictures don't do the property justice. The rooms are very good size and laid out, so you feel like everyone has ample space. The kitchen is very large as is the dining room and living room. It was great to have two rooms with king sized beds as well. The owner was very responsive and very easy to work with - we would highly recommend this property!

We noticed an issue upon arrival but it was fixed immediately. Owner replied to us within seconds and addressed the issue right away. The entire rest of the stay was great. Plenty of room for our family of 5 and 2 dogs. Could have fit another couple of people easily. Neighborhood is quiet and only a couple minutes from food and shopping. Short drive from both St. Augustine and Daytona Beach. Definitely recommend this home.

I found the property extremely clean and easy to find. We had pets with us and the fence was great. We spent a lot of time in the pool. The overall trip was wonderful 😇. I would definitely go back.

Very nice property. Dryer needs vent cleaning for proper drying. Patio concrete crumbling by table outside and dusting could be better but overall we enjoyed our stay

The house was clean, and had everything that we needed. Check in and check out was easy. I contacted the owners before we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed to get in and they were very quick to respond.

We utilized the heated saltwater pool almost daily for hours on end! It was the perfect activity on a dreary day, and just as much fun in sunny weather.Thought was given to everything one might need whilst traveling with small children. Having the crib and high chair available in the home was such a convenience. There were even pool toys and beach toys to enjoy. We were a family of women age 65-95. The home was very open and easy to get a wheel chair or walker in. The pool was warm enough even in cool weather.Peter was always easy to get in touch with and solved any problems or questions that came up.We would stay again.

Our family enjoyed this vacation rental so much. Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Very modern and everything in the house appears to be new. It was very clean and the property is well maintained. The beds are definitely higher quality and not the average cheap mattresses. The kitchen is well equipped with any appliance you could possibly need. Plenty of dishes but would suggest having some cheap plastic cups/plates/bowls for younger children. We also appreciated the more minimalistic approach when it came to knickknacks around the house! Little kids cling to those darn knickknacks! We had an issue with the ac and the owner was very quick to send someone over to check it out within a few hours. It was on a schedule for eco saving mode that we weren't aware of but the ac does work great. The pool! Our kids were in there all day, everyday! Our son loved the pool basketball hoop. Alot of the pool toys could use to be replaced but we got much enjoyment just having the pool right out the door. We do wish the pool lights worked so we could have let the kids stay in as it got dark.. It was also nice to have the outdoor seating and TV by the pool and the pool bathroom was great too so the kids weren't dripping wet through the house! Overall, we had a wonderful time and would recommend this property to others. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
