Waterfront Getaway on Loch Lomond with plenty of room for the entire family.
Bienvenue à la retraite Bella Vista sur le Loch Lomond. Grande maison familiale avec quelque chose pour tout le monde. Belle cuisine dans la salle à manger avec des sièges pour 4 avec 8 sièges supplémentaires au coin de la salle à manger. Téléviseur intelligent 4K dans la salle familiale et 3 chambres. La chambre principale a un cadre de lit king-size entièrement réglable avec 3 lits queen-size qui s'ajustent à l'arrière. Il n'est qu'à quelques minutes en voiture de 72 trous de golf et à seulement un quart de mile des nouveaux sentiers de Sugar Creek pour faire du vélo de montagne de classe mondiale toute l'année. Ces sentiers seront reliés au sentier Back 40 ainsi qu'aux sentiers du parc d'abattage. Les installations comprennent un barbecue à gaz Cuisinart à cinq brûleurs ainsi qu'un grill Traeger, une table de billard et une kitchenette au niveau inférieur. Descendez facilement sur le quai de la maison avec seulement quelques escaliers courts. Il y a aussi un chemin de béton et de pierre de côté. Belle vue depuis deux ponts pour se détendre après une journée amusante. Tout près des attractions de Bentonville. CORRECTEMENT LE GESTIONNAIRE EST À 10 MINUTES.

Our Baseball family stayed here with most of the boys from our team. We played our state tournament in Fayetteville. The boys loved it here. Our stay was not long enough. Great place to stay! Clean! Friendly manager! Easy to contact! Helpful! Will stay again! Thank you all for everything! Go South Arkansas Mallards!!!

House was great! kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals, including paper products, laundry detergent, etc. canoe & paddle boat should be removed from the listing, as they are not usable. Kayaks & paddle boards were great, along with a few other water toys & life jackets.

Our daughter got married at Cooper's Chapel with the reception at Lakepoint. This was the perfect location. We loved the house. It has the perfect lakehouse vibe going. Updated enough to have everything we needed but not so overdone that it wasn't what it should be- a relaxing lake house. I would one hundred percent stay again (maybe no wedding next time so we can just chill and enjoy).

My family and I were blessed to be able to stay here Christmas week. Within this beautiful, multilevel lake house we celebrated the holiday by the living room's festive Christmas tree and glowing, warm fireplace. Cooked several memorable meals in the spacious kitchen stocked with state-of-the-art, yet easy-to-use, appliances, and a wide array of dishware, cooking utensils, spices, and more. We slept well in respective bedrooms of which there was a wide array. Reluctantly, at the end of our vacation, we had to say our goodbyes; but we left treasuring the memories made here thanks in large part to our host, Brent, and all that he put into this abode to make it a worry free getaway -- a sanctuary. My favorite quote of the week was from my Dad's wife, a Texan, who suddenly exclaimed from the breakfast table one morning: "I WILL NEVER FORGET THIS VIEW!"

The property was large with ample rooms and bathrooms for my family. It needs a few loving touches such as repairs to gas grills. several bedroom doors did not close properly.
We had our 93 year old mother with us so maneuvering the house was difficult with all the steps. The pictures made it look like the main deck was on the main floor, We did find clothes in the drawers and food in the refridgerator. May need better house cleaning.

This house was perfect for a large family getaway. Open living areas, great bedrooms, large deck, and lake access with a swim dock on a quiet cove. Couldn’t recommend it more!

We frequent the area and this is one of the better rental properties. Nice accommodations, we enjoyed the spaciousness for our group of 9. Everyone enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. The cove is nice for kids swimming. Beds are comfortable.

This is a great house for either a short or long stay. Will easily sleep 8+ people. Very clean. Great views of the lake. Quiet environment. Owners were easy to work with. Lots of things to do if your into boating, golfing, fishing, biking, etc.... . Would come back here again.

House was beautiful. We had a very pretty view. My only criticism is that the pool table was advertised and none of the pool sticks had any tips. Made it hard to play any pool which we really wanted to do. And even though it wasn't advertised i think all the bedrooms should have a tv. Other than those minor things everything was great! Beautiful house and clean and great view. Very good location. Close to the Caseys when we needed ice and close to the swimming area.

Very nice, just showing its age a bit with some water features not working. We loved the adjustable power beds, surprised they were not advertised. We had plenty of cooking tools and plenty of space for 8 people and a 9 month old. The water craft was great and easy access. Highly recommended.

We couldn’t have picked a better place to hold our “sibling reunion”. The property accommodated us (10 adults) comfortably. Very clean, well appointed, comfortable beds, well kept water “toys”, grill & smoker … no complaints!
Communication with Brent (owner) and Monica (manager) was seamless. Questions were answered in a timely basis.
A consensus of my siblings was 5 stars and certainly a place we’d consider for a return trip.
If you’re considering a place in Bella Vista, don’t hesitate, this place won’t disappoint.

This home was everything we could have hoped for! Lots of room for parents and sister of the bride, grandparents and aunt and uncle. Beautiful home, beautiful (and convenient) location. Great deck to sit on and enjoy nature. And Brent was wonderful to work with. We were sad to leave!!

House was perfect for two families. Spacious throughout. Even a living room Christmas tree next to the big screen TV near fireplace. Big comfy furniture and kitchen super. Perfect setting. We’ll stay here many times in future.

This property was PERFECT for our Reunion! We are seven 60+ year old lifelong women / friends that meet every other year for a long weekend. We live in three different states & try to find a central location for all. The next hostesses are even talking about using this location next time.

This house offered an ideal place for our annual reunion .... lots of time sitting on the dock, playing cards, laughing and reminiscing about high school days. We each had our own bedroom. The beds were so comfortable, many with adjustable mattresses. There are also great side trips -- Eureka Springs, Crystal Bridges, and Bentonville.

House was very nice. And in a great location. The listing did not mention that there was only 1 bedroom upstairs and the other 4 downstairs. This was a struggle with our older family members. The Floors were filthy. I went bare foot the first evening and the bottom of my feet were black within minutes. Assuming carpet was the same and looked it as well so definitely wore shoes! Also there were no pictures of the drive way…it was VERY steep and not all our cars could utilize it. Other wise the space was great & accommodating!

House was well appointed, beautiful, and had everything you needed to cook and live for a couple of days. House is on a beautiful property that is situated on a great little lake. We had 7 adults, and we loved it!

The property was bigger and better than expected with lots of hang out areas for everyone indoors and out. There is a great little fire pit area that wasn’t pictured and the smoker and grill were perfectly suited to hosting a big meal. Our calves got a great workout with all the stairs and steep ramps (no complaints but my older parents couldn’t handle them). Brent worked with us on arrival time so we could prepare before the kids arrived. We will be back for sure. Everything you need is there. The paddle boards and paddle boat were great, the canoe is not useable.
