Apartament în zonă liniștită, spațios, 2 balcoane cu o priveliște superbă la ultimul etaj, loc de parcare, curat, călduros, luminos. Personal cooperant, primitor și înțelegător. Recomand cu încredere și o să revin de câte ori am nevoie în Cluj. Ușor accesibil din Calea Turzii.

I will count only a few: awesome panoramic views from both balconies, parking garage underground of the buildings, elevator, location not so far from downtown (almost 2.4km), General shopping store nearby (2min walking),... One of the shortcuts walking will be throughout old cimitery - better to go during the daylight times, is very exciting...
I would rather not say that is totally the fault of the owner of this beautiful apartment more to the ones who visited Cluj and stayed and on the end destroyed the outdoor furniture on both balconies. Those seats are a "trap" for incidents and the owner must get rid of them ASAP, someone may be injured if isn't carefully enough.

The apartment has a nice view. The parking spot. Good for the money
The apartment wasn't the cleanest. Places with a lot of dust. No trash can in the bathroom. The window handle from the living was loose and I was afraid I will break it every time I close the window.

It has a nice view over the city
There was a lot not to like about the place. The bed was wait to load, on every move you make in the bed it was making noise. Sockets frame was missing in the kitchen. The chandelier in the bedroom was holding on so wires and the balcony switch in the living room isn't mounted right in the wall and there were a lot of cockroaches. Only in the first night I killed 20 of them but I saw way more then 20 that night and let's not talk about the whole staying of 5 night.

The flat is really modern and full of light, the view being another plus. Also the staff was really nice.
I booked this flat for my parents so from what they've told me, the flat and especially the floors were not sparkling clean and wearing flip-flops was needed.
