My family, to consist of siblings and spouses, we’re in Peoria AZ to celebrate a cousin’s birthday. The house was very comfortable, plenty of room for all of us to have our own bedroom, bathrooms were spacious and well stocked.. Kitchen was very nice and spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool table and the outdoor pool. Spent most of our evenings visiting on the back patio, where there was ample room for everyone. Would definitely recommend this house. Desi was very accommodating and responded quickly to any inquiries we had.

Great big house with lots of room in a beautiful neighborhood. Perfect location close to everything. Host was easy to work with and very communicative too.

The house was amazing for family and friends. Very clean with plenty of room for a party of 9-10. The upstairs was used by the kids that included a pool table and video games. The adults enjoyed the wide open seating areas and of course the pool area. We will defiantly be planning another trip to this house!

We had a wonderful experience. House was a great size for 3 families with children. I honestly did not want to leave. Host was very quick with responses and very helpful. We would rent this place again!

We had a great stay at this Terramar property! We really loved the location of the house. The neighborhood was great and easy access to a lot fun things to do in the area. The house was great with lots of room for the two families staying at the house. It was great to have a pool and well worth getting it heated in March. Desi was great to work with and easy to contact with any questions we had. I would stay again!

This is a great house for a large group. It's very spacious with 3 separate seating areas. Our hostess was easy to communicate with and responsive. The house, however, is sparsely equipped with things like towels & places to hang them, luggage tables, and cooking implements. If you like to cook a lot - you may find the kitchen lacking. There were problems with lights being out while we were there and the owner was not able to resolve them that week. One member of our group actually fell because the steps between the areas are not taped or very visible. However - if you are visiting & touring in that part of Phoenix - this place is a treasure.

Our family had a great time celebrating Christmas and New Year at Bronco Mar Vacation Home.
The house is beautiful and offered more than what we expected.
Desi promptly responds to any questions. We will certainly consider returning.

This place was nicely set up and allowed lots of space for my adult children, their spouse and the grandkids. Choosing to have the pool heated was great we enjoyed playing in it and when a kiddo tipped in I was grateful it wasn’t freezing cold. The kitchen could use a few bigger pans for cooking for the large groups the space allows, but the kitchen was otherwise great. It was nice to be in the kitchen and still feel like part of the activities. Communication with the owner was amazing and I look forward to visiting again.

This was a wonderful home in a nice neighborhood. It was close to shopping and fun activities. We gathered as a family of 12 for Thanksgiving and a special religious activity. I could not have been happier about our choice of where to stay, or the home we stayed in.

We rented Bronco Mar for our family stay that included 7 of us. There were just enough beds to accommodate all of us very comfortably. The kids especially loved the pool! We all had a wonderful visit and we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our family gathering

Wonderful Vacation Home
We were in Peoria for my son's wedding and the house was perfect for our group. Everyone commented what a great place it was for us. The house was very spacious and the backyard was perfect. Desi was great to work with. We will definitely come back.

Great House
10 of us came down for the Waste Management golf tournament and this house fit our needs perfectly. Pool was warm, plenty of space in the house, house was very clean, nice area. Also, Desi was very helpful during the booking process and leading up to the trip.

Our Christmas Wish
This home offered our family of 13 everthing we hoped for and more with 21 of us gathering for Christmas Eve around the tree that our host Desi purchased and had set up for our arrival. We swam in the heated pool all week and when the weather wasn't great there was plenty of room for playing games, shooting pool, watching movies and taking naps (when needed). We were blessed to find this home to rent to bring our adult kids and grandkids together in Arizona for Christmas!

Excellent property for multiple families!
We shared the house with 2 other families and it worked really well for our 5 adults and 4 teens. We had plenty of space to sprawl out. We loved the convenience of being able to do laundry and cook too! There was a set of toilet paper and other toiletries provided which was a great amenity! L

Relaxing Wedding Weekend
Our extended family of 8 adults enjoyed our long weekend stay. The house was clean, nicely decorated and well appointed. The property owner was always quick to respond to any of our questions. The pool and fire pit were nice additional features that we enjoyed.

Great family house
We enjoyed our stay, pool was warm enough to use without heating the first week of October. Huge bedrooms and plenty of living space. The grandkids especially enjoyed the pool table.

Perfect for our group!
My wife and I brought 7 young adults from our church for a long weekend. We loved the convenience of this beautiful home compared to a hotel. The layout of the master suite downstairs with the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs worked perfect for us! The home was very clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. We are already plotting our next trip and will try to book Bronco Mar!

Fabulous floor plan and incredible property manager
This floor plan is very spacious and accommodates a large family or multiple families. What made our stay the most enjoyable and efficient was the communication and attention the property owner and manager give. Desi is extremely responsive and you can talk she cares greatly that people are comfortable and satisfied with their stay!

Great Stay
Big spacious property in a quiet neighborhood. Stores and restaurants were just a few minutes away. In between games the adults and teens enjoyed the backyard. Morning swims were very nice before it got too hot. Desi was very easy to communicate with.

Big and Beautiful
This is a big, spacious, and beautiful house. The listing description is accurate, it was clean and comfortable, and the host responds quickly. We were three families staying for a four day tournament and had plenty of space for teens and adults to spend time together and separately. It not only sleeps 12 it seats 12 as well, inside and outside. The pool was refreshing, the bbq clean and functional, the neighborhood was nice, quiet, and had easy access to anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

The property wasnt the problem. Nice home.
Stayed at the property and had a flat tire leaving. Wasnt in the house but was attending the car problem and was charged to an insurance claim of late check out $200. Yet the pool person comes inside at 10:30 unannounced. Claiming damage to property a week later. On the travel I paid for.

We had a large group of friends for the weekend and had a great time. The house is well maintained and the pool and outdoor area is great for relaxing, would definitely stay again!!

Gorgeous home! Fit 10 adults two children. More than enough room and we had everything we needed. Nephews used the pool nonstop. Owner was very easy to get ahold of and quick response. Thankyou for letting us stay at your lovely home.

The house was large with plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms for our group in an upscale neighborhood. Beautiful yard for sunbathing near the pool. (Would suggest the owner get new bed pillows throughout and supply blankets in each room for the cooler evenings). Kitchen supplies were adequate except for pots/pans.
