Our second time renting here was just as great as the first. Very clean, cozy, easy communication with owners, and a fully stocked house with everything we needed. Great house plus only a 3 minute drive to Windham mountain!

For our family of 4 this house was wonderful and could very comfortably accomodate more people. We loved that the house felt new, was very clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen was very well stocked. The drive to Windham mountain is less than 5 minutes away, restaurants are 2 minutes away so this is a great house to stay at for a ski weekend. We enjoyed it so much that we booked another weekend for this season.

This house was perfect for our family and friends. It’s literally 5 min from Windham. The owners had nice touches and truly felt like a home away from home. Beds were super comfortable. My husband and I had the queen bed room. Our friends had the king room. Bc house was so close when our son got hurt skiing he was able to rest at the house with my husband and was way to drop the rest of off and pick up.

The house is great! The kitchen appliances are up to date, and it's well stocked with all the pots, pans, and utensils that you need. The dining area / living room set up is open with a giant smart TV with Netflix and all the apps. There are great views of Windham Mountain from through the sliding glass doors and from the deck. The beds are comfortable. We found that the main bedroom/bath will get very warm if the vents are left fully open, but closing them about 90% balances the temperature with the rest of the house. The house is walking distance to Main St, but Mitchell Hollow Road lacks a sidewalk and can be a little busy (so wear something reflective after dark). The driveway was plowed, and the heated stairs are a really nice touch.

This is my second time renting this property! Both times the house was spotless and had everything you could need. Would definitely rent again when going to Windham. Owners are extremely kind and answer any questions promptly!!!

This is the perfect Home to Stay if visiting Windham!! Home is even better than pictures show. Very clean has everything you could possibly need!! We had the most wonderful stay at Steven and Janet's home in Windham. From the time of booking through checkout, communication with our hosts was easy and pleasant. The place was even better than described. Although we were attracted to the pictures on VRBO, the place was in fact much nicer in person. It's very clean, comfortable and was fully stocked with everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. The location couldn't be beat either - less than 5 minute drive to Windham Path, the stores and restaurants on Rt 23, and only about a 20 minute drive to Hunter and Tannersville. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again someday!

We rented this property with our kids for ski season. Great location, 5 mins drive to Windham Mtn. Cozy, comfortable, clean, tidy, uncluttered home, with everything you need. Well stocked kitchen. Really nice and communicative owners. Great all around.

Loved the house! Great location for snowboarding, hiking, and winery! 4 teenage boys spent the days at Hunter Mtn (quick 15 min drive) while hubby and I explored! The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. House was the perfect size for 6 people..very clean, great views) We will be back!

The house is beautiful, modern, impeccably decorated. The pictures do not do it justice. Janet, the owner, was wonderful to communicate with and terribly accommodating. The house is quiet yet close to the main street in Windham, which is also close to many outdoor activities like hiking and biking. We really enjoyed our stay, thanks for making it so easy Janet and Steve!

Communication with Janet was a comfort and she gave us a great description for us find the home in the dark. There were fewer supplies than other places we have stayed, like only a couple extra rolls of toilet paper and few towels. The lawn was also rugged and not cut which made us more nervous about ticks, but we still enjoyed our stay and would choose this location again.

Our family loved our stay at Windham. This home has a cozy vibe to it and it is very clean. It has great amenities and is convenient for families with kids. Janet and Steve were very prompt with answering any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

We rent from VRBO 3+ times a year and this property is one of the best that we hav stayed at. It is very clean, very comfortable, instant hot water, centrally located for skiing, and has updated appliances and kitchen accessories. For our group of four it was beyond perfect. The Owner was very prompt with responses to questions and we could not have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely stay at this property again in a heartbeat.

We've stayed in this home twice. It is clean and comfortable, has a beautifully appointed kitchen and everything a family with children might need. Great location close to town and five minutes from the mountain. A++

This house allowed for a very happy, comfortable stay for an extended family visit. My mother can be particular about cleanliness and dislikes staying in others' homes, but she had no issue with this place. We enjoyed in particular grilling and eating dinners on the porch, with s'mores at the firepit afterwards. The kitchen is spacious and easy to use, with just enough of the essentials (cutlery, tools, etc.). The living room/dining areas felt a bit small, but definitely worked for our group of 7. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and well-sized. Neighbors are closer to the house than we expected.

Steven & Jane were so accommodating. The house was so clean and we had a wonderful family vacation. We will certainly look forward to coming back.

House was spotless and very comfortable for our group of 9. Central A/C, and a fully outfitted kitchen (with dishes, cutlery, etc.). Owners are great to deal with. The pictures do not do justice to the size of the backyard, it's huge. We loved the fire pit, which is located a good distance from the house. This gives it a feeling of being out in the woods without having to actually go in the woods. Just remember to bring plenty of flashlights - the walk from the house to the fire pit is long and dark, and the ground is very uneven with ruts and rocks. Just bring a flashlight and watch your step, and you'll be fine. Overall, we had a great stay., and would gladly come back again.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and cozy. Perfect for a weekend getaway . We enjoyed sitting on the porch everyday and looking at the beautiful trees! Txs for a great stay, would recommend !

Steven and Janet were amazing hosts. Communication was essentially instant. The property is conveniently located right near town and had everything we needed to cook some great meals inside and on the grill outside. The property is still like new and was incredibly clean and well kept. We will definitely book again next year for our group which consisted of two teens and 4 adults. The photos don't do this house justice! It is an open floor plan and larger than it may appear in the pictures. Love the floor plan. We also really appreciated that there were no Glade plugins or fragrances overpowering the house; in fact the sheets are cleaned with All brand's Free & Clear. If you have allergies, rent without worry! The only difficulty is the backyard -- it's not great terrain for kids under 5 or 6. We were here with a 2, 4, and 9 year old. The two youngest had trouble with the unevenness, holes, and rocky ditches. The deck has a gate which is great for kids, and enough shading to keep things cool during the day. The stairs down from the deck to the yard, however, were fairly steep for our little ones. Given that, the house is good for families, and made for renters. Helpful signs to remind you of the rules and the big binder of town amenities came in handy. It comes with dishes for kids; and the bunk beds and Atari video gaming system are AMAZING! It was so much fun showing the 9 year old the games her parents used to play. All in all we had a really nice weekend!

Brand new property, very comfortable. The owners were very helpful, both before and during our stay. Five minute drive from the ski base, which is why we were there. All as advertised. Would highly recommend.
