This is a fantastic house to spend your vacation time in. It is very inviting and comfortable. The layout is awesome, it is all open and you can easily get from one section to the next l. the backyard pool and patio is like your own private resort. beautiful pool, nice dining table and Great sun! It is very spacious plenty of room for 8 to 10 people. We loved our stay, and hated to leave. Do not hesitate to reserve this property.

Our family enjoyed this beautiful house so much! The pool and outdoor space makes you want to stay forever! Carlos was a great host and provided recommendations about local restaurants that made our stay all around amazing!

Carlos was GREAT to work with, communicated well. The property was as listed and very nice! I would NOT hesitate to stay here! The ONLY recommendation would be to replace the mattress in the bedroom by itself at the end of the hallway. Not terrible, but could have been more comfortable. Still NOTHING enough that would not have me give this VRBO and Carlos 5 stars!:)

This house is beautifully furnished and well kept. Loved everything about it from the well manicured lawn to the pool and jacuzzi in the backyard. The furniture was not cheap and provided a pleasant comfortable atmosphere. The only bad points where some dirty dishes left in dishwasher and crumbs left under sofa cushions. But the overall experience was pleasant and we would definitely revisit the property.

We stayed for a few days for a work trip. Perfect layout for everyone to have their own space. It’s a great location and close to everything you might need. Definitely recommend staying here.

My son and I just finished up a 5 day stay at Carlos’ beautiful home. We always rent in this area when we visit for Met’s spring training activities ( Clover park is approx 15 minutes away). Carlos was a gracious and responsive host and his home was exactly as shown and described in the listing. It’s obvious that he takes very good care of the home (it was his personal home for several years) and everything we needed was provided for a comfortable stay. The backyard oasis is exactly that… a tropical paradise that creates a wonderfully relaxing poolside experience. We highly recommend this home for your Port St Lucie getaways! Thank you Carlos!

The house was great. The only issues we had were the pillows were thin as paper, we bought new for the whole house. We thought the hot tub was that a hot tub, it is not it is a whirlpool and not heated. But overall the house is great and the owners are very responsive. We would use again.

The house was perfect for our group of 5 friends visiting Florida for a baseball tournament. Very clean. Owner responded quickly to any questions.

When I stepped into this lovely home I was amazed that it was even more inviting and perfect than the photos in the VRBO listing. We could have comfortably had 4 adult couples in the 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. There were at least 4 different seating areas where we could gather 6 or more people comfortably, so we never felt crowded. The bedrooms were roomy and the beds very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed as far as plates, glasses, utensils, and cooking pans. The k-cup brewer was very handy. Having a full size washer and dryer for a multi-night stay was a bonus. Every time I looked around I saw something I wanted to copy in my next home - a mirror glaze on the patio doors so people can't see in, the dolphin tiling on the bottom of the swimming pool, the huge walk-in closets in the master bedroom, etc. This home is clearly a labor of love that has improved over the years. It is in very good repair. We had a small issue with the water dispenser in the refrigerator. I sent the host a text in the morning, he had an appliance guy there the same day to look at it and get started on the repair. Some things to be aware of: 1. The whirlpool is not heated, though the host expects to add that in 2023. 2. Bring your own shampoo, soap, k-cups, etc. 3. Even though it is conveniently located next to a main road, you cannot hear the traffic from inside the house. It is a bit noisy on the patio. 4. This home is an excellent value for a group of 6 - 8 people! You can get this for less than the cost of 3 hotel rooms and live in luxury with your extended family instead of just a set of boxy little bedrooms connected by a corridor.

We stayed at this property for a weekend to attend a family funeral. My family and I were very impressed the house and grounds. The house was well kept and very accommodating. We felt at home. Thank you.

Excellent home for families traveling with young adults and elderly parents. Home has a mother in law type room. The home was amazing. Pool was the perfect temperature. We truly enjoyed our stay.
