Joliment meublée et extrêmement propre, notre maison de ville au dernier étage est calme et spacieuse. Vous allez adorer votre séjour sous le soleil de Mesquite en appréciant le golf, la randonnée, les jeux de hasard et bien plus encore. Ce condo est un 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain avec un garage profond - 1 voiture. Les nouveaux sièges du salon, les décorations fraîches et les draps et oreillers supplémentaires en font un excellent choix. Un lit king-size dans la chambre principale, un lit king-size ou deux lits jumeaux en option et un nouveau canapé-lit confortable peuvent accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Une piscine commune, un bain à remous et une salle d'entraînement offrent un confort supplémentaire après une journée de plaisir. Dans la buanderie, une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des condiments / épices, des articles divers dans les bains et des extras spéciaux rendent l'emballage léger et créent une sensation de maison.

Great location--close to softball fields for the tournament we were in (but also very convenient to everything else in Mesquite.). Very comfortable and clean town home, well stocked. Beds are very comfy and there is plenty of extra bedding/blankets. Our 2nd time staying in this complex. Quiet and has a good heated pool and hot tub and fitness center right behind the unit. Owners are extremely responsive and great hosts! Would highly recommend!

We will never stay anywhere else when in Mesquite! The Sparkling Springs Retreat is beautifully appointed, immaculately clean, and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Jesse and Amy responded in a very timely manner when we needed to contact them and truly went above and beyond. It’s worth noting that the beds were the most comfortable ones we’ve encountered. A+

We liked our stay here, easy in easy out. It seemed clean and fairly quiet. It was perfect for traveling with our pet as the dog park is very close. Our only problem was the flight of stairs.

Rental unit more than lived up to advertised promotion. Very clean through out. Kitchen and bathrooms equiped and stocked with anything you might need. Beds were excellent with wonderful mattresses and bedding. Convenient location. Plan on using this Vrbo again.
