Bienvenue dans votre escapade à la montagne! Cette maison de ville est située dans la vieille ville de Winter Park, qui est idéalement située à moins de 1,6 km du magnifique village de Winter Park Ski Resort. Cette belle maison de ville de montagne a des fonctionnalités infinies qui garderont tous les invités heureux avec des vues sur la montagne, de nombreux détails en bois, un grenier de jeu, des plafonds voûtés, une grande cuisine entièrement équipée, un foyer au gaz en pierre, un bain à remous communautaire et un garage pour garder votre voiture à l'écart des éléments.
Vous êtes à quelques minutes du village via la navette directe ou à pied. Déplacez-vous sur les pistes en ski / planche ou en vélo, faites du toboggan alpin, jouez au minigolf, partez en randonnée et bien plus encore. Le condo est également à 1/4 mile du début du sentier de la vallée du fleuve Fraser qui permet des promenades pittoresques, des courses ou des balades à vélo dans la ville de Winter Park et au-delà.
L'entrée au rez-de-chaussée comprend 2 bancs avec rangement pour les chaussures et les manteaux, plus une laveuse / sécheuse pleine grandeur. Le deuxième étage comprend une chambre principale avec lit king-size et une salle de bains principale de 5 pièces, une salle de bains en poudre, une cuisine ouverte avec toutes les commodités, une magnifique table à manger en bois massif et un coin salon confortable devant la cheminée, ainsi qu'une 2e chambre avec un lit king-size , Salle de bain Jack et Jill, 3e chambre avec 2 ensembles de lits superposés

Needed to pick up a friend from KDEN late and was not an issue for checking in. My whole group was very impressed with the property. Amazing view from the balcony, especially in the mornings. Very easy to get to from highway 40.

The property was everything we needed for our stay in the winter park area. We stayed 4 days and three nights and could not have asked for anything more. Everything was clean, easy to use, and very comfortable. I highly recommend and would definitely come back again.

Charlotte took care of us during our stay and went way above and beyond all expectations. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. Colorado’s worst storm in 3 years left the 70 closed at multiple points and Charlotte was in close contact helping us extend our stay, and guide us to get back to Denver safely. Her service was absolutely spectacular. Thanks Charlotte, you made our family trip one to remember with smiles all around!!!

You can’t beat the location of this condo. We took advantage of the shuttle to get us to the mountains and into town. The space was perfectly equipped and comfortable for our group. Would highly recommend.

Everything about our trip was amazing! The house and team were so easy to work with while we had some situations arise during our stay(with kids, not the house). It was so close to the base and just a couple minute drive to town, the perfect place to hide out while not on the slopes!

This condo was wonderful! The layout is wonderful! It was clean, comfortable, and very close to the base of Winter Park! We walked to the gondola every day and it was an easy walk! We hope to come back in the future!

We enjoyed our stay but the bus system wasn’t working during our stay and we often had to walk to the base which was not great. The condo is wonderful but the Wp bus system sucks

Wow! What a great place! Most vrbo’s have minimal supplies included which can be frustrating. This place on the other hand comes fully loaded as they say. Beautiful views and very comfortable. Hope to stay again.

Terrific stay. The condo was large, well appointed, and very clean. Terrific view from the balcony. Enjoyimed watching afternoon thunderstorms and even a moose in the driveway! Great local restaurants too, especially Smokehouse BBQ and Wake-n-Bacon!
For a great family hike, check out Monarch Lake! Saw moose there as well!

The unit was extremely clean and well cared for. It was very well appointed with everything we needed to make family meals. We played pool, darts, ping pong and enjoyed many of the games. It was a quiet location with a beautiful deck with mountain views. Great communication from the host.

This place was so nice and big, clean, fun and fitted all our needs. I would recommend this condo. The little touches of ski tile, art deco and views listening to the water from the stream out front while sitting on the deck having coffee was so peaceful and zen.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for a week of skiing with easy access to the shuttle to the slopes and Alpine Sun Ski shop - would definitely stay here again.

The location was PERFECT. Just a 5 minute shuttle ride to the base. Practically across the street from Alpine Sun Ski Shop (for rentals). Place was equipped with plenty of kitchen stuff, good linens and towels, shampoo and conditioner in the showers. Easy entry and good instructions. Oh! And a heated floor in the bathroom! Lots of space. The loft was promoted as having a twin sized bed but it was a full sized bed. Added bonus!
My only request would be an upgrade to the master bed. The room is plenty big enough for a king sized bed. It currently is a queen with an old school (albeit comfy) egg crate mattress pad.

The unit was incredibly well stocked, it was comfortable and I was very impressed with the location and proximity to the mountain. We had 3 small children with us and were delighted to find a baby gate to put by the stairs. Would definitely book this exact unit again for a longer stay the next time we go to Winter Park

We loved this rental! The pool table was a HIT! Was very roomy & comfortable. The only issue was the hot water. We had to space out showering to about 1 person per hour and even then the water was only warm and not hot. If the hot water is fixed we would definitely stay again! Everything else was amazing!

Fantastic property with everything we needed along with so many extras. Highly recommend. The pool table and dart board were so much fun and all the board games were an extra treat. Property was clean and wonderful location.

My family and friends (8 in total) stayed here on a ski vacation for 5 days and had such a blast! The space was perfect for our large group. Plenty of sleeping space, with clean, comfortable beds. The game room was awesome—the kids played pool, ping pong, and darts and there were tons of other fun things to do, too (cards, puzzles, board games). My daughter’s favorite spot was the swinging chair tucked away in a cool little nook above the door—such a great use of space! The large kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans and plenty of dishes—and we used it a lot! The garage was a great spot to take off and stow our skis so we didn’t have to haul them up the stairs. There was a lot of room to hang coats and put our other gear, too, right outside the door. The condo is very close to the shuttle stop, and we had pretty good luck with shuttles (they don’t come as often later in the season and at night). There’s a ski rental place right across the street from the stop—you can see both from the balcony). The washer and dryer were convenient, but the dryer wasn’t working great (had to run it several times to dry the clothes). The hot tub was awesome for 2 days but then stopped working; the management person did come to fix it but I think a part had to be replaced. The only other tricky spot was the hot water—I recommend to time your showers because there wasn’t enough hot water for our big group. These small things didn’t dampen our time in the least—it was GREAT! All of us agreed that it was an epic vacation in a fantastic place!

My comments
The overall lay-out was great. Adults downstairs and children upstairs. The kids loved the pool table, ping pong table, and darts.
Only 2 complaints. The master bed was a queen and we expected a king based on the literature. Also, someone previously had their pet with them as evident by the hair that attached to my clothing and my dog/cat allergies acting up. We expected a pet free environment.
However, overall very nice with great bus service to the skiing.
