Sehr komfortabel eingerichtet . Zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer.

Frühstück sehr teuer, aber Selbstversorgung war auch in Ordnung

1.late in check-in ( I arrived before the time of check-in but they give me the keys of the appartment after 40 minutes and the reason is that delay in cleaning the apartment.
2. Smell of the apartment was bad. It smell like grilling fish.
3. Very strict rules that you cannot enjoy your time in the apartment( for example : if you cook you need to open the window because there is very sensitive alarm if it catch the smoke of your cooking direct it will alarm and then you need to pay 600€ because they will call fire station to come and close it.
4. The kitchen is not arranged well.
5. Value of money is overvalued.

The apartment was super big and well decorated
Although the apartment was beautiful it was too expensive for what you get.
Besides the apartment there isn’t much to do in the property (no swimming pool, kids area, gym etc).
The stuff were not so nice, to say the least..
The breakfast seemed OK but definitely not worth 25EURO per person

1-When you book apartment 219 There is no left so if you have big bags try to get one closer
2-There policy is not flexible if you want change from big room to small one which means no refunds at all

The apartment was very spacious and nicely equipped. The gardens and terraces around the apartments looked beautiful, neat and clean. Staff is very friendly.
The kitchen was very dirty (oil on all equipments) when we arrived. Also, staff did not inform us about extra charges when requesting clean towels. We found out we were charged after we paid city taxes. It is quite normal to be given clean towels if you stay for a week, but it would have been nice to be informed about extra costs.

The apartment was really big, with perfect view on mountains, 2 bathrooms with private infra sauna, quiet and overall very comfy. Short walking distance basically anywhere within Seefeld. Parking was inside, hence no worries with cleaning the car from snow.
Parking space was a bit tight - apart from 2 spots next to the elevator..

Safe box, the person in charge of Breakfast NOT Nice at all. No daily cleaning of rooms. Only One washing machine and dryer on ground floor .

Wow, the apartments are really cool and modern, nicely designed and richly equiped. Hotel personals were very helpful and friendly, we got everything we need. We will come back for sure 😊
One of our apartments does not accessible with lift, we need to drag our suitcase up.
