We really enjoyed the house. Lots of room and it is so charming. We enjoyed the beach across the street more than we thought. Be sure to bring swim shoes. Owner was very responsive.

This was our 3rd summer going to "The Beach House" as our kids call it and it was just as great as we remembered! The house is incredible, the town and surrounding towns are great and the overall location is perfect. We're already talking about our 4th year!

We had a fantastic vacation. The house was just perfect! The view and location are great. The sunroom and porch are perfect reading and chatting spots. The beds were comfortable and the decor just beautiful. Mary was a great host, easy to communicate with and very nice. We hope to rent this same lovely house again next year. Highly recommend for a fun family vacation!

This property was perfect for my family. A beautiful wrap around porch with views of the ocean. I have a very large dog and he had more than enough room to walk around and turn around. Air conditioning worked well. Place is clean and comfortable. Great yard with fire pit. Friendly neighbors. 5 minute drive downtown for anything you need. Great restaurants. Owner was very friendly and responded quickly with any questions. Will definitely be going back.

Mary’s home is comfortable with the best outdoor space! We loved the wrap around porch with views of the water, as well as the easy scenic walk to the lighthouse. If you’re feeling a bit more energetic, it’s not much further to walk into the town center. We loved it and hope to return!

My husband and I stayed here for our babymoon. We were also allowed to bring our 2 English bulldogs- which made our stay that much more enjoyable. Having a yard was a great extra and we never felt like we were on top of the neighbors like you do at other beach locations. We enjoyed eating breakfast and dinner every day on the front porch looking at the ocean… we even loved relaxing there on the rainy day we had. It was gorgeous and well-kept and exceeded all of our expectations. Mary was excellent and we look forward to staying again… next time with our growing family!

This was our second year of staying at this amazing home. We loved it so much last year, we booked again and will continue to book each year! The home is perfect for our us and our daughter, her husband and our 2 grandkids. Our dogs come too and enjoy vacation. The sound of the waves puts you to sleep at night. We have the rocky beach across from us, swimming beach a nice walk down the street, fire pit for smores, big yard for playing ball and a beautiful home big enough for all. Mary's the perfect host, on top of things right away if needed! Be back 2022!!

We had a wonderful stay at this rental. Mary was very responsive to any questions that we had and checked-in on us. The home was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We had everything that we needed and Mary even left us a sweet welcome gift. We loved it and will recommend to our family and friends!

Our family enjoyed our 5 night stay at this clean and lovely property in Scituate. The views of the ocean are beautiful and the sandy beach up the street is perfect for a walk and exploring. There is plenty to do and explore with the nearby lighthouse, beaches, historical sites, etc. and Boston is a relatively easy drive as well. Mary made the booking process and our stay very easy and the neighbors were all friendly too. We definitely recommend this property!

We rented this lovely home for ourselves and our daughter and her family. It was everything we hoped for and much more! The home was spacious, comfortable and inviting. We especially loved the large yard with a fire pit for evening smores with the grandkids. And not to mention the rocky beach directly across the street and swimming beach just an enjoyable walk down the street. The large front porch was great for al-fresco dining and watching the boats. The slapping of the waves made for easy sleeping in this quiet, peaceful, dog- friendly neighborhood. Even our dogs made friends. Mary's a wonderful host, answering our questions and requests quickly. We are planning to book our longer vacation here next year!

The house was the perfect size for 6 of us and it’s loaded with character. Location provided Ocean views and sounds. Couldn’t have picked a better house for this late summer getaway. As a bonus, Mary was fantastic from start to finish.

How wonderful it was to enjoy the comforts of this beautiful home while listening to the crashing of the waves! This house was a perfect family retreat for 5 of us, plus day visits from other family members of all ages. We are bookmarking this place to return again! Thank you, Mary!

Spacious house and clean in most important places (kitchen, baths, bed). We loved having the huge yard and porch with views of the ocean. Sand beach was a short walk (recommend bringing a beach cart if you have kids). Neighborhood was super friendly and the town had a lot of good food to offer for those taking a break from cooking. So glad we were able to find this place.

The house is a great beach-side get away with enough space to enjoy friends' company. Big plusses are the amazing porch overlooking the nearby beach (just across the road) and the backyard firepit. We enjoyed making meals together . We especially loved walking to the nearby beach, which was lovely! Before and during the visit, the owner was amazing at communicating and answering questions and was a gracious and informative host

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning! The owner was easy to reach when we had issues and the location was great.

We had a great time at the house and the beach. The yard was big enough so we could have badminton games with the travel net we brought. The beach is really rocky but we liked it. I got some good rocks for my collection. My husband and girls loved that they were able to use the kayak. The fire pit added a nice bonus for s'mores a few times during our stay. We stayed over 4th of July so we saw some great fireworks by neighbors down the street.

Me, my husband and our 2 little girls had An amazing time staying at this beautiful beach front property. The house was more than I thought it could be. We had the most wonderful time there and made so many amazing memories! Mary, the owner/renter, was extremely on top of things, made sure we were all set and had everything we needed, checked in throughout the week to see how things were going etc.… She was absolutely perfect, responded to my texts/questions immediately and was alway super nice/helpful. During our stay at this beautiful home, we hosted family members, friends, a few out of town guests, and they all had the best time to. It’s a short walk to many different beaches, to the lighthouse, it’s really just so perfect. I highly recommend this property. We are definitely going to rent it next year!

We had a wonderful time resting to the sounds of the ocean waves and relaxing on the glorious porch of this property. The owners welcomed us with a note and goodie bag of chocolates and other sweet treats. The location is perfect with over 6 beaches to choose from daily. The walk to the Scituate lighthouse was a daily ritual filled with fun and local flare. The neighbors were nice and very kind during our stay. The house is is comfortable and well kept. Clean with a nice «  cape cod » décor, and comes with a very cozy porch. The garden is well sized, and love the bbq. Perfect house for a family of four who wants to get away from the city for a few days. We enjoyed our stay and will repeat for sure.

My family really enjoyed the beach house during our summer vacation. Rooms are filled with sunlight, clean and plenty of space. The front porch is great for entertaining.with direct ocean views. Will definitely stay again!
