This condo is right downtown Winter Park and the best deck in the complex overlooking the Fraser River.

The condo worked well for our visit. It was very near the downtown area and shuttle bus to the ski lift. The kitchen and living room wer spacious and well stocked. Enjoyed the serene view out the back porch. The bedrooms were cozy, bathrooms had nice amenities.

Huge outdoor balcony facing a beautiful and natural landscape. Right on a walking trail. Directly across the street from a park and playground that also has free sledding on a little sledding hill for children. In the summer it’s an amphitheater which we’ve watched a free show at before. Really nice spot.
Well stocked kitchen. Would stay again in winter or summer.

First time to Winter Park and had a great stay! The condo is perfect for a family or small group - convenient, clean, etc. Thanks to Sarah (property contact) for providing all the check-in details and answering questions. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip.

This condo was perfect for my 5 person ski trip to Winter Park. We had plenty of space & a perfect set up to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a really nice kitchen. We walked the trails right behind this space and got to see two Moose not even 10 minutes from the place! The clubhouse was such a great addition, the hot tub saved us after a long day of skiing at Winter Park. Everything was clean and ready for use when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again :)

Our family of four went to Winter Park for a quick snow trip! Our condo’s location was perfect! Walking distance to hideaway park where we could tube for free. And walking distance to The Lift. The condo itself was nice. The fireplace was nice to come home to after a cold day. The balcony was good to sit on while the kids played in the snow. They had a closet with sleds that we used at the park. Our only complaint is the mattresses. They are FIRM and the sleeper sofa didn’t pullout. On our day of checkout we got a LOT of snow and had to wait for a snow plow to get out of the parking lot. We were able to stay a little later than check out. We plan on coming back next year!

The condo was just right for myself, my son and his two best friends. The boys had plenty of room to themselves. The kitchen was great for cooking big breakfasts every morning. It was nice to be within walking distance of pretty much everything. Would stay again. My recommendation would be a larger sofa to offer a little more seating in the living room. Thanks.

the stay was beautiful~ th condo and location were perfect ` It was a pricey stay and a splurge for us (3 of us) We asked if we could have a later checkout than 10:00am for our 2nd day and were shut down very quickly I've never had anyone that I have rented from be so un-accommodating I know this was a third party mgmt "host" ~ but the host fee was pretty high. So that was a huge disappointment!

The unit was clean and as advertised. Access was easy. The outdoor deck was better than the photos could show - beautiful views and serene. The location in Winter Park is perfect; walking distance from shopping and restaurants and easy access to roads and highways for day trips.

We had a good time in this well appointed condo. Comms were good in the run up to our arrival and during our stay.
I believe we ought to have been apprised on booking and before arrival, of the substantial building and construction work that had obviously been going on there a long time and will remain so for many months to come I’d suggest. It made for a very disturbed early morning and into the evening with peace and quiet shattered.
We have raised it with the senior contact person provided to no avail, ‘it is what it is’ more or less was the response.

We spent 3 nights here with our two kids (ages 8 and 2). The bunk bed room was perfect for them and we loved the location (easy to walk to the park and shops) and the view behind the property. Had all the amenities we needed for a short fall getaway!

This is by far our favorite property we have stayed at in CO! We visit CO every summer and this condo was perfect for our family of 6. It is very spacious, the beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels, pool and the best part by far was the deck and view! This condo is right in the path along the Fraser River and it really is a breathtaking view from morning to night. We loved walking to the park and all of the local restaurants. Our kids brought their scooters and they played on the path while we sat on the deck. We will be back!

We were in Winter Park for a wedding. This comfy spacious unit was central to everything we needed. It was by far the best equipped kitchen we have ever found in a rental. Parking was readily available and tge views were awesome. Not sure that we'll have the chance to return, but if we do we'd stay there again. And my BFF who usually stays in a different unit in the same complex has her eyes on this one for her next visit. Good price too!!

We have stayed at this condo many times, and we absolutely love it! The location is prime. You can conveniently walk anywhere - there are many shops, a grocery store, and restaurants all around. If you have kids there are several walking/bike trails, right along a shallow, slow moving creek. There is also a fantastic playground, park (often times with a fun event happening in the summertime - so be sure to check the schedule!), and skate park. All of this is literally surrounding the property. This specific unit also faces the mountain side, with a big deck, which is not an easy find with all the new construction happening around WP. When the sun is setting, you will want to peep the views out back, along the path. We have also seen a couple moose while staying there, so keep your eyes peeled!
The condo itself also has a nice homey, clean feel. The kitchen is well stocked, there's plenty of sleeping space, and games/puzzles to keep us busy while lounging around. The hot tub, pool, and club house were also nice to have for days/times we wanted to just laze around.
We will definitely continue to stay here whenever we go to Winter Park!

Great Location! This property set up was ideal for two small kids. There was even fun board games for us to play. Beautiful view off the back porch, we enjoyed sitting outside at night, listening to the water.
Property manager was very responsive and helpful!
Only downside was the construction all around. But that is to be expected in a growing town during the summer. Wouldn’t stop us from staying there again.

Nearly perfect
It was frustrating when we arrived after a long day of traveling, to realize the address we had was just a building number, and we had no idea which unit was ours. Communication with the leasing company was limited to just a brief text the day before with the door code and nothing else. We had to call the phone number for the leasing company to get the condo number. It’s 513 - you’re welcome. The condo itself could not be in a better location. We never needed our car, we walked to the coffee shop, grocery store, souvenir shops and restaurants. It was very clean, minus the dirty wash cloth left on the master bath curtain rod by a previous guest - ew. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with anything you could need, including Cutco knives that made me want to trash my own set of knives at home. There is plenty of counter space in the kitchen and a large dining table for larger groups. The huge deck out back was the perfect spot to enjoy our coffee and unwind at the end of the day, it even included a small grill for easy meals. My daughter loved the guitar, and the board games were fun. Overall we enjoyed our time here but there are a few things that would make this place even better: blinds on the sliding glass door, shelves in the master bath for added counter space, a new shower head, hooks on the back of the door for hanging clothes or towels on, and please, for the love of all things good, better toilet paper. Even my youngest commented that she missed our toilet paper at home. I would also keep a supply of coffee and/or k-cups on hand because that’s the only thing lacking in the kitchen but it may be the most important item to have. These easy inexpensive additions would earn this condo 5 stars in my book.

Spring Break Ski Trip
Great place to stay! My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! We were close to every restaurant, we walked to all of them. The hot tub, heated pool and clubhouse were all great additions to have at this location, we enjoyed using them every night! Highly recommend

This is the second year we've stayed in a 2 bedroom condo at the Trailhead complex. It's a great location with wonderful amenities. This condo was spacious and wonderfully decorated with everything we could have possibly needed (well stocked kitchen, towels, bedding) and beautiful views from the large wraparound deck. Beds were comfortable. Pool and hot tub by the large clubhouse provided great meeting space with other friends who were also in WP that weekend.
The only slight drawback is that it's a bit of a distance to the free shuttle that takes one to the ski area base. Fortunately, if you go to the shuttle stop on Hwy 40 (in front of the McDonalds), many shuttles stop at that location and continue on to the ski area. Sometimes they are full, though, and pass by the shuttle stop.

Fantastic location, really beautiful and fit our family perfectly. Close to shopping, restaurants, and the shuttle. Management was amazing, reached out immediately to make sure we had power and were safe when the devastating Marshall fire broke out in Boulder County. Also very responsive to items left behind.
