The suitable location of this apartment offers a 15 minute walk to the city centre, and a 15 minute drive to Poetto beach. There are all the amenities you need, to include a fridge and some umbrellas for the beach! The immediate area is a quiet one with a cluster of shops and cafes in the vicinity. The owner communicated with us well on arrival and gave clear instructions on how to access the property (no reception etc as this is not a hotel, more an air bnb)

The parking directly outside the apartment is 1 euro per hour (first hour is €0.50), and gets very busy. We were charged for a linen and towel change, however this did come with a cleaning service (€15 total).

Beautiful place ... it has a unique feel and the facilities are wonderful and location in the city center. The apartment is lovely, great City area and parking space, equipped with everything you need :) Super friendly owner ! Hugely relaxing for a couple days with nothing to do except sunbathe, wander and enjoy good food and wine.

Nothing special, just a small selection of utensils and most importantly in Italy a wine corkscrew :)

The room is clean. It does not locate in the city center. But the bus connection is good.

It would be nice if the owner could offer a back up plan, in case of emergency (for example unable to open the door with the code).

The room is big and spacious with a clean bathroom and nice balcony. The bed was big and there was enough space for the clothes. Also it was a lot of windows especially in the bathroom.

The way to get the keys for the apartment is like a book of instructions too many codes and keys to have. The more personal interaction is always better.

Comfortable, very clean and quiet. Very secure as entrance via key at main door then using codes to enter apartment. Loved the paper on the feature wall. Giuseppe was very helpful.
