definitely NOT a luxury apartment. if your willing to pay for the view it’s fine. everything else doesn’t even match a regular apartment. mould on the walls (check pictures), disgusting smell in all bathrooms, cigarettes on the balcony (check pictures), disgusting spots on the furniture (check pictures) and broken air conditioners, just to name a view things. view an location is obviously awesome. everything else definitely not recommended.

The location of this property was amazing. I don’t believe you would find a better location anywhere in Milan!

unfortunately our one nights stay at this property was very disrupted as there was loud building works all evening whilst some scaffolding was being removed from the building next door. w.. I found it very strange that the builders chose 1-3am as the optimal time to remove noisy scaffolding! it would have been nice to be informed of this planned building works ahead of our reservation.

Location is fabulous, the host and staff were incredibly accommodating and responsive.

The lady at the front desk of the building wasn’t v welcoming, though no fault of the host. The apartment is a little tired and not like a luxury hotel, exactly as described on this site.

The view is absolutely amazing and the balcony. The bare brick walls are lovely.

The apartment is very run down and was not a luxury apartment. Needs updating throughout also a table and chairs on the balcony.

you literally cannot ask for a better location in all of Milan!! But in addition to the incredible view the rooms were great, the kitchen was fully functional, and the living room looking out to the Duomo just awesome!!

the manager of the property wasn’t helpful. the apartment was the dirtiest we ever stayed and for 380€ we expected some proper cleaning. dirty bedsheets, dirty bathrooms, full hair inside the apartment and dust everywhere. the manager said that they will send the cleaning service and it never happened. really the worst experience we ever had from a property.

The view is spectacular!!! We sat and stared everyday because it was captivating! The staff was absolutely incredible to deal with! the apartment is big and the beds are so comfortable!!! We slept so well and woke up to an endless numbed of incredible good options right outside our door.

The furniture in the main room is uncomfortable and not so nice. There is also not much seating to stare at the view. Nice furnishing would make it an incredibly posh apartment.

Location was extraordinary, could not imagine any better. Comfy beds, many bathrooms, spacious apartment, amazing view through the living room window - perfect place for 5 girls company.

Cold floor! Highly recommend to bring warm socks or slippers.

The location

Everything in the apartment is dilapidated. Dirty. We are world travelers and have stayed in properties in many countries. This stay ranks as one of the worst.

You can't score a 'douze points / 12' on Booking, but this place deserves it for 'Location'. This could easily be nicknamed 'the Royal Suite of Milan'! If you have change to book this place, do it! The location is frontal across the Milan Cathedral, on the centerline of the Cathedral. I added a photo, it is actually taken from the balcony of the apartment. The apartment is big, AC'd and has 3 bathrooms.

This charming apartment has a perfect view of the Duomo & is right in the center of most of the city’s sights. Three bathrooms are a true luxury in a city center.

The only negative is the same as any city center apartment, there is some noise. The windows block most of it but the subway is nearby so there is some mild rumbling. It didn’t bother me but my husband was a bit more sensitive to it. The positives far out way any negatives.
