Well equipped. All appliances that you could possibly need and very nice and clean.
Good position for the town centre just a 5 minute walk, but also in quiet location.
Also a good position for visiting nearby towns and villages all along the Mayenne river
Furniture very basic and not particularly comfortable, but for the amount of time spent at the apartment, was not a problem to us.
The only mirror in the apartment was the bathroom mirror, could do with another one perhaps a full length mirror on the bedroom wall.

No breakfast was provided.
Mattress was not comfortable and needs to be replaced. Bathroom floor did not appear clean.

The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. The host replied promptly to my queries. Good communication regarding entry details. Parking onsite for 5 Euros.
I personally found the bed and pillows very hard and uncomfortable. An ironing board might be a nice addition as there is an iron. No shower soap/shampoo was supplied in the shower other than hand soap at the basin.
