Booked the caravan for 2 nights for a family wedding. Stayed at the park many years ago and this was 1st time back. Took a while to find the caravan due to the park cramming as many cans in as they can and very little parking available. Had to park next to the entertainment complex and walk to the van. Check in was nice and easy. Caravan was clean tidy and spacious, with bonus of 2 loos! Would would stay again if we go back to Felixstowe

A nice modern caravan in a good location, close to town and the beach. It appeared a bit grubby in laces when we arrived so I have the work surfaces and some of the kitchen crockery/ glasses/ cups a rinse with hot soapy water as appeared a bit greasy/ fingerprint marks. Overall a pleasant stay.

Very nice caravan which was spacious and clean. Everything was perfect apart from the surrounding area around the caravan which was uneven and and a bit dangerous for the kids to run around and play.

Looked clean on entry but closer inspection lichen surfaces were sticky, some false eyelashes were stuck to bedroom door , a used makeup remover tissue was screwed upon the wardrobe shelf.
Unable to change channels on TV and the water heater gave up after the first day. We only had towels for one person when three booked in.
Owner was very attentive to our complaints and arrived promptyl but was unable to correct the TV and water.

Just back from a lovely week's holiday. The Caravan we stayed in was spotless, roomy and conformable. Communications were very good and messages answered promptly. Thank you for everything 🥰

Great van, clean and comfortable
Arrival easy and pleasantly surprised at the spacious van. Everything clean and the beds were actually comfortable. Close to everything you need and pleasant/helpful staff on site. Prompt response to small leak in toilet. Unfortunately weather was not great so it was lovely to have the use of central heating.
