L’accueil, l’emplacement, le charme d’un palais historique! La terrasse sur le toit du palais.

It was a perfect apartment, spacious, clean and modern. As two couples we got two separate rooms with both very comfortable beds. You have coffee and bottles of water every day, which is great. The whole palace is very beautiful, and you can hang out on the sun terrace or in the indoor common areas. It reminded me a little of the Moroccan riads. Alessio contacted us beforehand on whatsapp and kindly directed us to the parking. He helped us with whatever we needed and was very responsive. He also gave us a gift at the end - excellent olive oil. Thank you
Altho Alessio is always around the property and he text you back on the WhatsApp immediately, it would be nice to see one person at the reception all the time. And another thing, the route to the palace can be a hassle, as the entrance gate is directly on a busy road and you have to watch out for cars. But these are just small things, otherwise everything was great.

Il palazzo è meraviglioso. L'appartamento luminoso, pulito e di classe. Complimenti davvero! La Signora che ci ha accolto carinissima, è andata anche oltre spiegandoci la storia del palazzo e consigliandoci dove mangiare. Tornerò sicuramente

Struttura magnifica posta interno palazzo dell' 700 proprietaria gentilissima ci ha fatto visitare il palazzo illustrata la sua storia. Visto il ns gruppo ci ha alloggiato nell' appartamento più adatto a noi allo stesso prezzo di quello prenotato. Tutto ben curato e funzionale dotato di tutto ottima la pulizia personale simpatico e disponibile

We liked everything about Raciti palace- the whole idea, concept, attentive communication with the guests, location, apartment fot families with kids, clealiness and comfort! The kitchen has everyting for shorter or longer stay, everything’s new combined with the idea of history. And the terace is just astonishing! The sunset with the sound of the church bells was something unforgetable!

Everything. Alessio is a superstar. So kind and helpful. You must visit to see the work put into this venture to restore this fine late 19th century building.
It's difficult to park, but call Alessio, and he'll direct you when close to arriving.

It's not just a place to stay. It's an amazing experience! I can't even imagine that i will sleep in Baron's baroque Palace.Here will find you extremely special. The views from the rooftop are stunning. Do not miss the tasting of local organic wines there, which makes the fairy tale even more magical. My heart stayed there!

Family run hotel in the most amazing old beautiful building - the hosts were incredibly lovely and kind. Gorgeous sun terrace with a great view of Etna. Acireale is a nice town and good alternative if you prefer somewhere a little more tranquil to Cantania. Highly recommend!

the location is super central, easy walk to restaurants, gorgeous rooftop terrace where they prepared a wonderful selection of local produce for an antipasto with view, our room had a big terrace with sea views. easy communication and very welcoming, will stay there again

Apartment was clean, a lot of attention to details. The host, Mrs Marisa was vey nice with us and gave us some tips about what to do and where. Property is an aristocratic palace in the heart of Acireale. Parking nearby.

The whole place resembles a museum/palace (rooms and reception decorated with lots of interesting details). Well-equipped apartment with everything one needs. Very helpful hosts. Wonderful rooftop views across to the duomo. Quiet rooms on the second floor (despite the busy road).
Parking is two blocks down the road. Walking back to the accommodation along this narrow, busy road with a suitcase feels very Sicilian.

Marisi, the owner, is amazing. She went above and beyond for us, providing perfect guidance on the best ways to use our time. She even helped carry our groceries and walked us to free parking spots. Our apartment was spacious, immaculate, beautifully decorated, fully equipped, and overlooking the sea. Located in a grand palace that is being restored. Communal rooftop terrace is a big bonus. Great value.

The hosts were open , helpful, correction super helpful, booking us restaurants, in taking us to local doctor a(as I had problem.) Taking us to car park for bags. Could not have been more welcoming, it was like staying with friends.
Recommend to anyone who wants to experience Sicilian hospitality

Fantastic place, in an old restored palazzo. Very beautiful rooms and comfortable beds and a great host, Alessio. Breakfast not included, but some great places around the corner for coffee, granita and brioche.
Nothing actually. Just be aware that you stay in the city centre so getting in and out with a car (especially if they give you an upgrade to Citroën C5 😉) is tricky.

Opportunity to sleep comfortably in a newly renovated historical palace, which was nicely decorated for christmas. The eye for detail is amazing.

The host waited for us at the location although we were much later than expected due to airport problems. The apartment was very nice, very spacious, comfortable beds, clean bathroom and good kitchen facilities and appropriate tableware.
Breakfast was served in a café nearby. Splendid pistache and almond granité with brioche or pistachio creme croissants and delicious capuccino.
Parking is available in the streets nearby but not always so easy to find.

Very nice apartment at a very central location of the old city. Very quiet apartments with (at the higher levels) view towards the sea coast, despite the front road being busy. Super friendly and helpful hosts.

Out of the ordinary experience of staying in a former Palazzo .
The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They will show you everything and even let you in on the history of the place as well as some Sicilian history.
Definitely going to stay there again if we are ever back in Sicily. Definitely recommend.
Further, please have a look a the art and enjoy your own balcony.

Wonderful place with very friendly owners. We really enjoyed our stay. The palace was astonishingly beautiful and very well cared for to every detail. We truly loved it and would return for sure.

We were impressed by Raciti Palace. Appreciation to the family of owners for making it such a great hotel and for showing it to the world 😊 The room with a terrace - wow! Furniture and decorations expressed the Sicilian culture better than anything else.
Acireale itself is a great place to visit. We had a wonderful time there, with all the nightlife and we were also lucky to catch the carnival events. An absolute recommendation!
