Comfortable hotel without staff present, but very friendly and swift messaging via booking messages. Comfortable beds, great bathroom and lovely beds.
Leaving passport details online via mails or systems always gets me worried, however Bloomhotel is using a renowned system for this so I trust all is in good hands with ‘mews’.

Very well located, very clean, very friendly breakfast service, large room in very good state, big car parking behind hotel, fully digital access to hotel, many opportunities for eating at walking distance

Lack of air-conditioning, tiny bathroom, no cupboard space, absence of staff on-site.

Clean, quiet, spacious room, really comfortable bed, friendly staff, good sized bathroom, really good breakfast, good location for what we needed (Bellewaerde theme park) and parking.
No reception and no entry details provided prior to arrival and had to make international call for building code.
Although we arrived within advertised check in hours, we were unable to check in on the self service tablet provided, but the room key was available.

Perfect location, wide room, clean, close to restaurants and services. Excellent the free parking court!
My room faced the main street and was somehow noisy. It was not a problem for me but for people who need absolute silence to rest better ask a room facing the back court.

Door code for the back door didn’t seem to work so was a pain when trying to enter hotel from car park. However gaining access through the front wasn’t an issue.

The room was clean and the behavior of the staff was friendly⭐️

Although there is no reception and no staff except for breakfast, Lieselot, the owner, makes sure via sms that you have everything you need. The hotel is nicely decorated and the rooms are well equipped. There was no AC in mine but a fan was provided. There is complimentary tea and coffee.
Make sure to ask a room at the back. The main street can be noisy (ear plugs provided though !)

Very good place to stay . This is a hotel without manned counter. Reception is electronically. Smooth and easy.
Not that I need one, but as far as I could see, there s no elevator?

Excellent, clean rooms, meeting modern comfort expectations.
The breakfast (during COVID, served in the room) was excellent and very fresh.
The beds are comfy box springs
There was no real staff although they helped us on the phone. No big deal after all.
