Clean, good AC, comfortable. The staff was exceptional. We were 4 hours late due to a long border crossing from Croatia, so we arrived after 10pm, but they were very accommodating and even brought us some meat and cheese because they knew we hadn’t had dinner due to the delay. Close to old city and easy to walk everywhere.

The location of the apartment is perfect. Well-equipped. The hosts are very nice. There is a private parking lot, which is a great asset in Kotor, the climb is a bit steep.

Great room, spatious and comfortable bed. With an amazing view over Kotor. An outside area to chill out. Close to Kotor beach and to the city center, with a supermarket in about a 5 minute walk. Host was very nice to us, received us well and even kept our bags some time after we checked-out since our bus was only at 4pm

It's a bit of a steep walk upwards to get to the appartment. I recomend you taking a taxi (no uber/bolt/... in Kotor) if you have suitcases.

Kelly's place is fantastic! Super recommend it. The host made us feel like home.

Owners met us in front of the house, helped us with parking and showed us the room. They were very nice and supported us during the whole stay. We had some special requests related to the event we were in Kotor and they accommodated all of them. They answered our messages promptly prior to our stay. The room had everything we needed. The house is very close to the old town and there is all you need within couple of minutes (shopping center, coffee shop, restaurant (we recommend Pocuo)). We are travelling a lot and this was one of our most pleasant stay. Highly recommend.

It was a perfect stay in Kotor! The owner is a lovely, kind and helpful person, it was a pleasure to meet her, one of the best hosts we have ever met. The view from the terrace is great, we liked to sit there and drink some wine. The location is very good - you need only a few minutes to get to the old town or to the bay. The apartment is really great, spacious and comfortable, beautifully furnished and perfectly clean. In the kitchen you will find everything, that you need for your stay. The bathroom is also comfortable, there are enough towels and shower gel. The bed is cosy, we could sleep very well here. There is a private parking available. We want to visit Kotor one more time and we will definitely choose this apartment again.

Lovely host and good location

Induction hob in the studio couldn't keep water boiling, which was a major setback if you are planning on self catering.

Nice little apartment with well-equipped kitchen (had pots, pan, hot water kettle, salt, pepper, dishes, glasses, cutlery, stove, but no oven, fridge). Pretty terrace with view of the city and a bit of the sea. The landlady was very friendly, offered us coffee and juice and called a taxi for us. 10-15 min walk from the old town. Main room did not have windows, so dark and quiet at night.

The only downside was the bed, it was very hard and creaked a lot (we each weigh 60 kg) Main room did not have windows, so no natural light.

Very good location, just minutes walking to the old town. The ground floor apartment has everything you need for your stay and it's ideal for 1/2 people. Beautiful garden just outside where you can enjoy your breakfast or a drink while looking at the mountains. The hosts Nada and her daughter Kelly were very nice and helpful. Nada waited for me to check in at midnight instead of 21.00 due to a delay with my flight(thanks again!) plus she was always ready to assist or to offer you a coffee. Communication was quick and smooth especially when arranging my arrival. A/C and hotwater working well, kitchen nicely equipped. Big plus onsite parking available. Overall i would definitely recommend Kotor Kelly Apartments

The apartments are owned by a lovely couple. They were very sweet and helpful. They offered us coffee and beer and gave us recommendations about the city. The room was very clean. It had the perfect location, very close to the old town and also the beach. They also offer transfer from the airport which is cheaper than the taxi. Overall it is the best place to stay in Kotor for this amount of money. Would definitely recommend it.

owners were really amazing, hospitable and so kind! good location, 15 minutes walk from old town but apartment was up on the hill so better take a taxi on the way back. good wifi and private parking for car. generally clean, nothing serious to grumble for.

we left air condition on when we went out for a couple of hours because it was too hot and we wanted to keep the apartment cool, but without notice someone entered our apartment and turned off the a/c!! that has never happened to me before.. we stayed on the ground floor so we had a little bit of noise from the first floor apartments. small bathroom. we also found one roach inside the apartment but thats natural as they have a very beautiful garden in front of the apartments so insects are part of nature! generally, it worths the 40 euros per night.

The nicest hosts ever. Had a great time. The morning after the rakija with owner was a bit rough though.. Thankfully they made us coffee.

Amazing apartment! Super clean and modern! Very close to the beach and the old town! The hosts were wonderful! They welcomed me in the best way, with a cup of tea and some homemade sweets! I felt home since I step foot inside the house! They also made me find the apartment warm, outside was cold so it was nice to arrive and not have to wait for the AC to heat the environment! Bed was comfortable and there were also extra blankets! Well stocked kitchen and bathroom too! Wifi was fast and check in and out super easy! Absolutely recommend!

Everything is perfect! Hosts are amazing, super nice and helpful. We had a very warm walcome with coffee and cake ❤. Location is great, 10min walk from the Old Town, with beautiful garden, wonderful view and a wide parking. I would highly recommend.

We liked everything about this property. It was unbelievably clean and the host was so kind and helpful. The unit had everything you needed. The little kitchenette was equipped with all the good quality utensils. We also had an access to garden with sea view.
