Incredible golf course location! Beautiful townhouse, pefect year round!
Belle maison de ville dans la subdivision Spur Landing avec deux chambres plus un loft, deux salles de bain complètes, salon, salle à manger, cuisine complète avec coin bar. Laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité, terrasse arrière avec cheminée et grill, vues incroyables sur le golf! De la place pour se promener dans la nature, le domaine skiable, la colline de tubes, la randonnée et les pistes cyclables à proximité! Blocs de restaurants, magasins et le célèbre Lodge. Grandes chambres avec lits king, mezzanine a un futon en taille réelle. Cinq minutes en voiture de la rue principale, 15 minutes des domaines skiables et des tubes. Beaucoup de stationnement, serrure électronique à la porte d'entrée pour l'accès.

My husband and I stayed here with different family members coming over for visits. Condo was nicely decorated and kitchen was well equipped. We loved being on the golf course where we saw many elk, deer and wild horses. My only complaint was that both mattresses were sunken in a little and wasn’t the most comfortable but I was able to find a firmer spot in middle of the bed.

The property is beautiful. We have stayed before and will stay again. The only issue that arose was with trying to get a hold of someone about a wifi issue. No phone # and no way to email. The problem was resolved the next day.

My family stayed her for 3 nights during a long trip. The spaciousness of the place was great. We had 6 people in the condo and there was plenty of room for everyone. The washer and dryer was a big help as this was the end of our trip and the dirty clothes were piling up.
The condo is super close to downtown Cloudcroft, about 5 minutes away from Ski Cloudcroft, 30 minutes from Alamogordo, and 3 hours from Carlsbad Caverns. This was key for us as we visited all of these.

We had a very nice stay in Cloudcroft. The home was nice and the back deck was simply restful and beautiful viewing. The golfers were fun as were the hummingbirds next door. We will be looking forward to our next visit to Cloudcroft.

We had a great stay in townhouse #15! Comfortable furniture, firm mattress, clean, and it was exactly as mentioned in the description. This will be our go-to rental in Cloudcroft! We loved sitting on the deck, watching the golfers during the day and wildlife in the evening. Perfect location for rest and relaxation!

We took our Son, Daughter in love and grandson for an adventure in Cloudcroft. The house did not disappoint. It was very comfortable and clean, as well as in a beautiful spot. Upon arrival we had elk and deer out behind the house. Will definitely stay here again.

Place was perfect size, bedrooms, kitchen, baths. Great location. Only thing was that the place needs a WHOLE lot of TLC.

My husband and I and our friends enjoyed are stay at this property. It was very clean and roomy. The rear balcony gave us a great view of the snow and deer, and there was a large hill used for sliding down on toboggans. Our friends have rental properties of their own in Tennessee, and they were impressed with this property. You can’t go wrong with renting this property for a comfortable, fun stay. We highly recommend it.

We spent Thanksgiving in the mountains, and it did not disappoint. Not only was the property wonderful; we also had a beautiful snow fall! Great amenities -- we had everything we needed to cook a complete Thanksgiving meal. Loved our time there!

A very nice peaceful place with a beautiful view!
There were some games and puzzles to choose from. And if your not in the mood to play games, you can choose a book and curl up in the sitting area upstairs.

This property was very comfortable, had everything we needed for a nice weekend stay. Bonus for us was the two bedrooms with King beds in each room. Cant' find that anywhere so this was a find! Allowed us to travel with our best friend-couple and enjoy an evening playing cards and mornings on the deck drinking coffee & enjoying golfers. Thank you for a great stay!

Excellent location
Location is wonderful. View from the back deck is beautiful. We saw a herd of elk on the golf course at sunset. It was very comfortable accommodations for a family stay. The host stayed in contact to make sure we got checked in, had everything we needed and also gave instructions prior to check out.

Clean, comfortable and spacious
We enjoyed our very comfortable stay here. It had everything we needed, was well stocked and had plenty of towels and bedding, etc. We enjoyed sitting at the table and chairs on the deck in the mornings and evenings for the lovely view and fresh air. We parked right in front of the unit so carrying suitcases was a breeze. Host had emailed us the code for the key box the day we arrived, and we left the key in the box as we checked out at the end, which was simple and easy.

Home for the holidays
Only complaint was "no snow" . This was the second time we stayed in this same condo. Wild horses, mule deer were often seen from the back deck. The heater was working too good, its either on or off, was hard to regulate, but we managed. The Kitchen has every thing needed for cooking. and we did a a lot of that. I have a hard time calling this a 3 bedroom house, there is really only two bedrooms with a loft space that is open to the upper bedroom as well as the great room below. The fireplace was wonderful and you even included wood. Great location close to town close to ski slopes. Great time.

2021 Cloudcroft Trip
We really enjoyed our stay. Only 2nd time we have ever done vrbo trip but was absolutely pleased. Townhouse was beautiful, access was easy, departure was a breeze. Really enjoyed seeing the elk and mule deer on golf course. Would be really glad to stay here again.

Could have used an air conditioner a couple of the days when the outside temperature and radiant heat from the sunshine through the skylights warmed things up a bit inside the condo - but, overall it was a very nice place to cool off for a couple of weeks.

Vacation/family reunion
Fantastic. Property was remarkable, quiet, restful, peaceful. And skillfully decorated and furnished with all we needed. If I come to Cloudcroft again I will rent this one again.

Perfect
This was a great spot right on the golf course. It had easy access to the Rim Trail, and downtown Cloudcroft. The place was clean, and had everything a family of 4 needed for a weekend in the mountains.

Older but Comfortable
Very nice property. It’s styling is current and really nice. Really comfortable. King beds in both bedrooms and a metal framed futon in the loft. We had our kids upstairs in the bedroom and on the futon. Appliances and fixtures are older, but work well. The stairs are steep and narrow. Not recommended for really young kids or older people. My 9 year old, 15 year old and I all missed steps and slid down a few stairs. We were all very careful after it happened to us. We still recommend the property.
