The property was so much better than the pictures show this to be. This means you have a lot of space and choices of where to sit in an evening and also the roof top bedroom is a great feature

The house is spacious modern well equipped and comfortable. The location is fabulous just a few steps from the sea and a sheltered roof terrace. Everything you need. Very nice owner. Quiet street. Easy to park.
Just a note, the house is set with no external windows, the bedrooms face internally onto the salon, so there are no views.

the location in Arinaga is very good for access to the coast path shops and restaurants, the house is very comfortable with all the facilities you could want on a holiday

First of all I would like to point out that is a Pet Friendly house,with a large living room,very clean and enough for a family of 4.
Has a huge terrace on the rooftop with everything needed for a barbecue or for relaxing,or for cleaning and washing.The beach is like 100m away with an absolutely fantastic view. Shops and restaurants are near by and is a quiet area. We enjoyed our stay so much here!
Is not applicable with this place,to have something that we didn't like.Everything is so nice and clean here. Thank you,casa Colmena!

Spacious comfortable appartment in good location near to the sea and mountains. Excellent communication with the owner. Highly recommended.
