Very nice place to stay in Cathedral City. Villa was very clean and well stocked. Check in was easy and uneventful. We enjoyed the gated community and all that the public Desert Princess has to offer. I have to say, though, that the unit is pretty dated. That being said, as a couple in their 60's, we relished in the "Dinah Shore" vibe of the place. You guys would really have a Palm Spring gem with some appliance, television and flooring updates. The view is spectacular from both bedrooms and main living area. We had a nice stay and this Minnesota couple thanks you for your hospitality.

Great location in a beautiful complex that is well maintained with friendly inhabitants. Helpful hosts and easy check-in. House clean and quiet with a nice view of the golf course (I just wish the shower heads were a little taller! =)

The unit we stayed in was a bit dated but nice. The bed and pillows in the main bedroom were very good. Everything in the unit was working properly. The community hot tub in our section unfortunately was not. The fees charged for use of the tennis courts was fairly high so we found other public courts to hit on. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again.

Our arrival and check-in went like clockwork, we unlocked the front door and found a charming and cozy unit to enjoy. the condo was as advertised and held no surprises, except for the Roadrunner that visited the lanai nearly every day. He was so tame that we named it Rex Roadrunner. the kitchen was kitted out with a lot of cookware and baking dishes, which we used. We would stay in the unit again, and recommend it to everyone, especially to tennis and pickle ball players-the courts are a few steps away.

Beautiful grounds, excellent location and lots of activities nearby. The unit is a little dated and could use a little update. It does have all one needs to feel at home. Thank you for hosting us!

Beautiful setting with three mountain ranges surrounding the city of Cathedral City and golf courses there. Condo is a little dated but that didn't bother us. It was very well stocked with everything you would need. Tennis and pickleball courts, golf Course Swimming Pools and Hot Tubs very well available.

A nice home with everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable and the environment was peaceful. The outdoor space was good and it was great to be able to bbq. The check in and communication was very good. It was very clean. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay.

Location is fantastic, place is dated but clean. Resort is very nice and amenities are good. Place had everything we needed. The outdoor A/C unit needs to be serviced, sounds like a bearing or something is going bad and is noisy! Kelvin Van Eyk

As a result of the wind, there was sand and debris in the pools. These weren’t cleaned for the length of our stay.

This is a reasonably sized condo in Cathedral City. The place was mostly clean, although it had been awhile since anyone had cleaned the tracks the sliding glass doors were supposed to slide on. The kitchen had most of what you would need to cook breakfast or even a small dinner. Normal appliances although we couldn't get the microwave to work and only three out of four of the stove burners would come on. Three TVs but on the small side. Internet seemed adequate. There were extra towels provided for the pool. Having two well separated bedrooms was a plus. They provided soap, shampoo and conditioner but I would recommend you bring your own. My biggest gripe about this place was the surprise $600 cleaning charge. I'm assuming that had something to do with Covid but I don't know. The cleaning charge did not include taking out the trash nor washing your dishes, as one was advised to do that yourself. One is supposed to get an email prior to arriving. This email is really important as without it you can't get into the building. We didn't get our email until after we arrived. Calling and messaging the support numbers was mostly to no avail. Finally after 45 minutes of trying we did locate a live person who gave us the entry code. I naively assumed we would be met at the property by either the owner or a manager, this was not the case. You are really on your own if there are problems to be solved. There was an electric car charging station about a 100 meters away. This particular unit was not close to a pool. There were small pools available but they were 300 meters or so distant. Since there were no restroom facilities at any of the small pools, this was a problem.

This is a lovely home with all of the necessities for a relaxing vacation... stocked kitchen, pools, games, etc. Very quiet and safe, with parking, and easy access to Palm Springs. The grounds are beautiful and views are spectacular. We look forward to future stays here.

A very clean condo. Fully equipped with anything you may need. ( besides a potato peeler) the grounds are impeccable and everyone is nice. Such a beautiful view. Sitting outside the back doors was my favorite. Glad it wasn't really hot the misters were not working but I'm sure that's a quick fix. . The Grille on premises was delicious. We ordered several times. The service was great also. Good place to grab some drinks. Delivery was available also. Cozy nights watching Netflix . Thank you for sharing this desert gem with us 3!
