The property was extremely clean, and the location was fantastic. The property was well stocked with all of the supplies needed. Would definitely recommend this to others.

Ogunquit is beautiful all on its own but this home made it our best stay yet. We walked everywhere, we sat on both decks depending where the sun was. The view was beautiful and so very relaxing. We will book this home for our trip for next year! Thanks Amy!!!!

Location, location, location! We enjoyed the most gorgeous views and the ease of exploring the cove day and night. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and we can’t wait to return!

The apartment was well appointed and spotlessly clean. Our interactions with our host or her family members were easy and problem solving! We took advantage of the glorious view for hours every day. This was our second stay in Perkins Cove and we hope it won't be our last!

The location is amazing and the convenience of being within walking distance of everything Perkins Cove and Ogunquit have to offer made for a relaxing and easy vacation for us. This Property is amazing! The location is fantastic, close to shopping, restaurants, and the Marginal Way path to walk to the beaches, in July- Sept you can also hop on a trolley to get you from Perkins Cove to the beaches in downtown Ogunquit. The property itself is heaven. it's well appointed with EVERYTHING you could want or need and the most responsive, friendly and genuine property owners you could wish for. Every little question we had, Amy responded to immediately. The front bedroom overlooking the cove and listening to the waves crash was amazing! Our teenager occupied the 2nd bedroom which was like having his own suite! The candy shop below the property which is owned by the property owner and her sister-in-law is a dream for any candy lover. Her handmade chocolates were to die for! We would absolutely stay at this property again.

Excellent location- very clean and clear communication with owner. So relaxing to be right on the ocean and steps away from Perkins Cove. Easy walk to Marginal Way and downtown Ogunquit.

We really enjoyed our stay. Amy made it very easy to check in, with great instructions. The parking was a bit away, but I always enjoyed the walk from the lot across the footpath draw bridge over the marina. I was glad that there were a few things like coffee filters, soap. Not much more. That was great. We brought our own coffee and it was a delight to have so many great restaurants nearby. The view of the ocean was unbelievable, as was the view at both high and low tide. We snuck in the week before Memorial Day, so it was still; technically "off-season," but the weather cooperated and the walks were lovely. A great shelling spot, as it happens, at low tide, although the town folk should do more to prevent the "small litter" that infests the rocky coast. We were going to be joined by a younger couple that cancelled at the last moment, so we had the place to ourselves. However, it could easily accommodate two couples and they could be separate or together as desired. We hope we can come back, although we understand that the apartment is booked for most of the rest of the year. But maybe we can squeak in some other year. Or in an off-season period.

This is an exceptional vacation rental! It is a beautifully decorated apartment with a spectacular view of Oarweed Cove and the Atlantic Ocean. The location in Perkins Cove is ideal, convenient to the Marginal Way, restaurants, shops, and boating. The apartment layout is perfect for a small family or two couples and, if I could give more than five stars for cleanliness, I would. It’s the cleanest place we’ve ever rented! Spotless! We enjoyed meeting Amy, an owner, who was very personable and accommodating. I recommend this delightful vacation rental without reservation!

My husband and I rented this property with another couple. This home is gorgeous, the views are spectacular, and the location is perfect. We were sad to leave and are already planning our next visit!

My wife and I stayed here for a week with our two kids. The place was immaculately clean, very spacious, and the views were absolutely stunning. The location in Perkins cove offered plenty of options for restaurants, shops, ice cream, etc. We couldn't take enough pictures of our time in this beautiful spot. Highly recommended!

Amy’s property was exactly what I was looking for. On one side is the calming view of the ocean, on the other side is a look at the center of the cove and the docks. Sunrise from the master bedroom is incredible. The space was clean, well organized and perfect for 4 people. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Just perfect.

Perfect location, views, communication, and cleanliness. The check in process was beyond easy. The location could not be more convenient - under 100 steps to the Lobster Shack! While parking is offsite, it is a fun, short walk away right over the foot bridge - it was so easy my 88 year old mother could do it each day without a problem, and looked forward to going the view going across the bridge! . Everything you could possibly need or want at this location. Don't hesitate to book it.

The unit is such a joy. Clean, comfortable, in the midst of all that Perkins Cove can offer. The views from the living room are stunning. We had such a great time. even on a rainy Memorial Day weekend.

If you want to wake up everyday and pinch yourself because of the unrivaled view and proximity to the ocean, this is your spot! The owner has thought of every detail to make your visit effortless, from a fully stocked kitchen to the most efficient climate control. A French door separates the bedrooms to accommodate nap times and night owls. Each bed was extremely comfortable and this condo was immaculately clean. This is a quiet, beautiful oasis in the middle of Perkins Cove festivities with everything at your fingertips.

Fantastic, modern, clean apartment with spectacular ocean views in charming village. Authentic, New England summer experience. Food, shops, beach and town all walkable making for a very relaxing stay. We had such a great time, we extended our stay!

I just returned from a week at this property and definitely give it 5 stars! This was my first VRBO and I was a bit weary about staying in a rental during a pandemic. I can tell you that there is no need to worry...I was super impressed with how clean the place was. The place, hands down, has the best location and views in all of Ogunquit. The unit directly faces the beautiful, rocky Maine coastline...the pictures don’t do the place justice. Wake up to the sound of crashing waves and the amazing sunrise over Perkins cove! The front deck is perfect for working, reading, or just watching the waterfoul fishing for their next meal. You won’t regret staying in Perkins Cove, which is far more charming over the more beachy/village section of Ogunquit. To me, Perkins Cove is the quintessential, picturesque New England fishing village...if that is the feel you are going for (plus you have unobstructed views of the rocky, Maine coastline right outside of your windows). The Marginal Way path is just outside your door, to boot. Restaurants and shops are right outside your door. Parking was convenient, just over the pedestrian footbridge and super safe. Now back to staying in a rental during a pandemic...the place was super-clean and immaculate. Not a speck of dirt or dust anywhere. I asked the owner to open some windows to air out the place before I arrived (with all the studies of COVID-19 aerosols lingering in the air). When I arrived, I felt completely safe...windows were open and the fans were running. When I walked in, the salty Maine air was freely flowing throughout the place and I can tell the place was cleaned/disinfected to extremely high standards (as if I had cleaned it and I’m a self-professed germ-a-phobe). The place was perfectly stocked with everything you could possibly need...well stocked kitchen with more utensils than I have at home (haha), fresh towels, fresh linens, soap, washer/dryer, hair dryer, iron, etc! Not one complaint! The place is a gem and you won’t regret it. I’m definitely returning!

Very Nice place and perfect location with walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, stores and the Marginal Way. Gorgeous views from the apartment/condo. The only little negative is maybe parking of your car, which have to be done at a nearby hotel. But it is understandable with the tight space in Perkins Cove and the parking is only a short walk away.

Beautiful property in a quaint little seaside village . Great restaurants to choose from right in Perkins cove , or take a short drive into Ogunquit which comes alive at night with numerous shops and restaurants . Short drive to an amazing beach , or walk beautiful marginal way all the way to town and beach . Property was clean and comfortable . Owner is very easy to communicate with . Everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again .

The views from this property is breathtaking! This condo is a special gem---immaculately clean, has all the comforts of home and 2 suites for privacy/rest. The location is perfect---walk on the marginal way and see the amazing Atlantic ocean. Walk to shopping, amazing restaurants and entertainment. you can ride the trolley throughout Oguinquit and engage in local fun and be at the beautiful beach in minutes! The Oguinquit playhouse, the Cliff House, Kittery for shopping and 1 hour to Portland. You will fall in love with the "Cove" !

This property is exactly as listed. The experience was great. The property manager is very responsive. Although no parking is available "on-site", DON'T let that prevent you from selecting this property. The reserved parking is just over the foot bridge and is actually more convenient than parking in the cove. This is a 5/5 in all aspects!

Best homeaway we’ve stayed at so far since we have been using the website. Extremely clean unit and great location. Plenty of restaurants and close to downtown Ogunquit. Already booked for next year.
