Liked the first floor access and ability to walk grounds right from the lanai. Tidelands is well kept.

This property was absolutely beautiful! It is in the perfect location providing easy access to stores, beaches, and dining. The grounds are well kept and the landscaping is very serene. The condo is immaculate. It gets a perfect score for cleanliness and it has everything that you need to make yourself feel at home. I loved the large patio over looking the canal and the walking path right outside the door. The dolphins swam by and said hello in the mornings.
The condo is a short walk away from the pool and the fishing pear is in the backyard.
Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Check in and out could not have been easier.
I lost the email with check in instructions. The owner and management company replied immediately and resent the email.
I will plan to stay here again and I hope it will be available for my next trip!

We own a rental in nearby Flagler beach and needed a place to stay for a few nights before our place opened up. This place was perfect for us and especially our 18 month old. He had a LOT of fun with the community amenities, especially the pool and getting to take nice walks on the path that winds around the community on the intercoastal waterway. The unit itself is designed great and had the perfect amount of space for all four of us. It’s in a great location with the beach only being a 5 minute drive across the bridge, and they give you a toll card to use for it too! We would definitely stay here again if we needed a place nearby our home.

Excellent! Best king mattress I've ever slept on. 50 yards to the dock and intercoastal was great. Fishing was convenient. Beautiful view.
Place was spacious, great pool and hot tub, and would rent again. Close parking is limited at times, but was still worth it.

This was an excellent place to stay, so close to so many amazing beaches. The property was very clean and spacious, nice kitchen, good rooms and beds. We especially loved that they had beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and a boogie board, as we went to 5 different beaches in 5 days, and then came back and relaxed at night in the 2 amazing pools. Definitely one of the best VRBO' rentals we have ever stayed at.

We stayed in this condo for 2 nights but I wish we'd had more time. It's a lovely home with everything we needed for 6 adults. They provided parking passes for 3 vehicles, an access pass for the front gate AND an access pass for the toll bridge for free access to the beach. The home was well appointed and we would DEFINITELY stay here again. We enjoyed our morning coffee sitting in the large covered patio, walked the paths along the intercostal waterway daily, and enjoyed being poolside, too. The pools are beautiful and have a great assortment of seating areas (including covered gazebos with privacy curtains) with plenty of room for owners as well as guests. The hosts were EXTREMELY responsive to our inquiries and just really nice people -- very helpful in ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. In addition, the beach and fantastic seafood restaurants on the beach are close by... 10-15 minute drive (north Flagler Beach has the Funky Pelican and the Anchor -- GREAT food!)
The only thing "missing" for our group was seating for all 6 people at the dining table. This was a Siblings weekend getaway. My sisters, my brother and I love to play games so we used the dining table as our game table (and puzzle table), too. To accommodate all six of us, we slid the table in front of the couch so we had seating for 2 more at the table. It would be much nicer if there were 2 additional chairs (even folding chairs) to accommodate up to 6 people (which is the maximum for sleeping arrangements for this rental). Other than that, EVERYTHING we needed was provided -- towels, linens, internet access, a fully supplied kitchen, and a washer/dryer.

My siblings and I rented this condo for the weekend and had a fantastic time! Everything was as advertised -- VERY clean and well appointed... everything you expect and need in kitchen and bathroom supplies. The pool was fantastic and the condo backed to the Inter-coastal Waterway with a wonderful walking path. Best of all, the hosts were super nice and VERY responsive to our questions. It's a gated community, but they ensured we had immediate access and then parking passes and a gate pass, a toll pass for the bridge to the beach and the pool gate key. Everything was well organized in this home. We had a terrific time. We'll definitely rent again when in the area. Highly recommend!

Thank you for everything we absolutely loved this place, it was very clean and had lots of amenities. It’s close to lots of restaurants and the beach. The back patio was so relaxing, we would sit outside and watch the boats on the intercostal. I would highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back!!

Really lovely location. Tidelands community is beautiful. Well equipped condo. They had umbrellas we used, laundry and well equipped kitchen. Very easy check in and check out.

Marineland Fun
My daughter and granddaughters and myself come every year to Palm Coast for my oldest granddaughter to attend Marineland Camp. This is our "girls" week. In the past I have used other rental companies but I read a review about this company, Evolve. We stayed last year at another Tidelands condo through another rental firm and had a horrible experience. To start with we were on the third floor and couldn't see anything but trees. We knew there was water out there but we just had trees. Felt like Tarzan a little. And everytime we came through the gate I had to dig my drivers license out of my purse. And since we had to go to Marineland every day to drop off our camper we had to use the toll bridge. I read in this person's review that Evolve supplies toll pass and gate pass which sold me right away on your company. And then I met our guest contact Deborah. She was the bonus! We had trouble getting the television to come on and Deborah worked with us for a while and then even came over to the condo after her work day was over and got on the phone with the cable company and got the television fixed and working. Worked perfectly for the rest of our stay. Not many agents would take time after work to help like Deborah did. She was our shining star. When we come back next year I will ask for Deborah again. Great agent!!

What a Blessing!!
We had such a wonderful time at this awesome Palm Coast vacation spot! Our family had been in great need of a getaway and this was such a blessing! As former residents of Palm Coast, we return annually (sometimes more often!) to our favorite place in Florida. This was our first time in Tidelands and we will definitely return. The condo was super clean and comfortable. The owner was amazing with communication and so helpful! We will rent this place again ASAP!

Excellent property
Communication with the owner was great! the property was as expected since the photos showed what to expect. The bedding was comfortable, the linens were nice and the unit was quiet and spacious. I would recommend this property.

Palm Coast intracoastal view
We enjoyed the location, the ease of entry with keypad and the outdoor porch was lovely. The beds were good. The kitchen has the basic pots/pans, plates, cups and silverware. As with nearly every rental we have ever used, the knives are not for someone who cooks. The kitchen lacks big serving bowls and measuring spoons.
The listing mentions covered parking spaces. We never found or saw those. The management company and the local contact given by the management company could not give an accurate answer as to how the entry to the gated property worked. Luckily the owner texted the night before our arrival with instructions and was responsive.
The owner is generous to leave pass to cross the bridge to the beach side of Palm Coast.
There were some previous renter items found under the beds, like paper trash, that led me to leave only 4 stars for cleanliness.
We would stay here again because we enjoyed watching the boats go by, walking the trail and seeing dolphins.

Intracoastal Waterway Gem
We absolutely loved this ground floor condo in Tidelands. We chose it because it was listed as pet friendly and we were so pleased with the ease of being on the ground floor. The condo is just perfectly located with the most amazing views of the ICW. We spent so much time relaxing on the large screened lanai which has both a dining and seating area. The condo was beautiful, very clean and well stocked. The complex has 2 large pools which we used several times. There are walking/ biking trails within the complex which we used daily. It is located just minutes from European Village where we enjoyed a lovely courtyard dinner with music at La Piazza Cafe. The beach is a short drive over the toll bridge and the owner supplies a toll pass with their parking and gate passes. We also rented a pontoon boat for 1/2 day at Palm Coast Boat Rentals and went up the ICW to Matanzas Inlet. St. Augustine was just 30 minutes north for sight seeing and dinner. We loved Tidelands and Palm Coast and hope to return next year !

Stay at 35 Riverview Bend #1814
We had 6 people to stay and only received 4 towel sets. There were no garbage bags except the one in the basket, one dish towel, no soap and no shampoo. Had to go to the store to get all this. Thought we paid a fee to have at least these Items provided.

Great Getaway
We usually choose beachfront but wanted to try something different this time. We were pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed the river life. Boat watching and biking along the nature trails were our favorite things to do during our stay. The property was clean and convenient. We would definitely go back!

Fantastic!!
We were impressed by the beautiful and clean property. The views were gorgeous from the porch and we could walk right outside our porch and take walks on all the beautiful trails around the community. The condo was super clean, had everything we needed, and the beds were the most comfortable out of any condo we have ever stayed in. We would definitely come here again!
