Amazing!

The location just outside Asheville was perfect. Short easy drive yet removed from the busy hustle of Asheville. The house was roomy and comfortable which was great for our group of 6 ladies. The only real issue we had was that the stove didn't work. We reported that to the owner, but it wasn't addressed during our stay. Fortunately we only needed to warm up some breakfast food we brought and used the microwave and small toaster oven instead.

Great place for family and large groups. Plenty or rooms, bathrooms, and sitting rooms for togetherness and quiet time. Nice little touches like fresh flowers! Pantry stocked with plenty of basics if you are cooking. House was spotless and hosts were great.

We had a great time in Asheville! Close to downtown and easy to get an Uber/Lyft! We also loved how quiet the upstairs was. You couldn’t hear any of the activity downstairs so it would be great place for families!

Six forever, lady friends, stayed this weekend, and we had a blast. The house was super spacious and we all had our own sleeping space. Ubered to dinner downtown. Great time!!

We were very happy with our Vrbo rental. There was plenty of room for our whole family. The children & dog enjoyed the backyard and the adults appreciated the coffee! Very clean & plenty of towels!

We chose this house Tuesday at four our wedding party for our wedding weekend. It was perfect! Plenty of beds, plenty of parking and just an overall great experience!

We were very satisfied with this house. There was plenty of room for 7 middle aged men to stay. It is a nice home.

Our group of friends had a wonderful week. However there were many things about the property that we found dismaying. Overall the house was clean but I desperate need of attention. The garage is a total mess with a refrigerator full of very outdated food. It is clear that no one gives the property attention in regards to repairs, clean up, etc.

We had infants with us and the size and location of the bedrooms allowed us to still enjoy and visit while the babies were sleeping!

The house was clean and comfortable. We had 8 people and there was plenty of space and everyone had their own bed. The street was very quiet, didn’t hear the neighbors all weekend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home in Woodfin. The location was a short ride to downtown Asheville but featured plenty of space for a group to retreat to. We would recommend it for any groups looking to get away to the Asheville area.

It was a great house for our family. The kids all fit upstairs and the adults were very comfortable downstairs. It was clean and stocked with more supplies than most rental houses. The kitchen and dining room was perfect for our large family. The backyard was great for getting some sun and playing with the kids. It was in a great location for food, parks and attractions. There is a great park that has a path along the river real close to the house. We would have evening walks there after dinner. The neighborhood was really quiet and not a lot of traffic. The owner was very responsive for everything. I had a couple of questions and she got back to me right away. Really nice and helpful. Would definaly stay here again. This house was perfect for my sister’s bachelorette! It has a lot of room and is so beautiful! The host was very responsive and helpful and it is in a great location, close to Asheville!!

We stayed at Jennie’s place for two months and had a lovely time! The house has an interesting layout but it was very spacious for our group of 6. Jennie is very responsive to VRBO messages and texts and was quick to provide our group with what we needed. The internet was good enough for 6 people on zoom and doing online school, which was fantastic! The location is not really walkable but a quick drive to everything - grocery stores, hiking trails, the River Arts District bike path. I would definitely recommend!

Overall, the house was clean and very spacious. With that being said, I felt that the property manager was rude and confrontational upon check-out.

Was only at the house for a couple of days. Nice house, nice neighborhood, convenient location. Only complaint I had was that for a 6 bedroom house there is no area in the house where more than 4 or 5 people can sit at one time, but lots of space.

I can’t say enough good things about this home! It truly is a home - stocked with everything you could possibly need during your stay. We loved staying here and highly recommend! Very clean and prepped for plenty of guests. We would love to come back and stay again!
