I chose this location as it was close to where my mother lives

I did not like that the “Hosts” never appeared. It was very cold in feeling no warmth of welcome. The apartment was surfaced clean as glasses had marks, cupboards had rings where wet glasses and cups were placed, cutlery was unclean as all spoons stuck together and everything was generally smeary and a little greasy. As everything is kind of self service, get the keys from a box etc. there is no real sense that the hosts care about the customer. It’s holiday letting with very little or no effort
