Clean tidy apartment value for money at right time of year. Perfect location easily found and accessible, central location close too most attractions.

Garbage collection system needs some attention. Shute too small for most bags of litter and odours through access hall.

Convenient location and easy to get about

It was a complete apartment with basic necessities such as a kitchen appliances and laundry. The view from the balcony was amazing. It was suitable for a large family of eight.

The bathroom was separated where the toilet was in small room with little to no space to close the door, it faced directly into the main bedroom. The sink in the first bathroom was blocked which I found really gross. The floors were cleaned quite well as compared to the other amenities such as the beds had stains and strands of hair. The carpets were stained and too were covered in hair. They only offer house cleaning services every 7 days. Stove only worked once didn't work after that. utensils were dirty and had to be washed before use. internet was really really slow only got 25mbs. and technology was very outdated ie.(TV and ac units).

- everything was clean, neat, and comfortable - Ganny the receptionist was also very friendly and helpful

- the dryer can be unreliable at times (not hot enough to dry, stopping mid-spin, etc) - rubbish bags and toilet papers are not replenished as regularly as we'd hoped

Nice spacious two bedroom light and airy apartment with a lovely view.

As it’s on a main road there is a lot of traffic noise when on the balcony.

The central location to where I needed to go to. The fact it was walking distance to shops & eateries. The scenic view & the size of the apartment was great.

Everything was fine.
