Excellent and well appointed unit. We used it for meeting space for a leadership forum. Very comfortable seating and plenty of room for our purposes. Excellent and attentive host.

Communication with owner was easy/great but the Ritz maintains the unit. The highlights: at check in, it took us 2 1/2 hrs to access second bedroom although it was 8pm. The unit was filthy and smelled horribly; it took two days to clean it properly and no apology/communication from the Ritz. The unit owner was apologetic but there is nothing he could do. The owner's contact at the Ritz told me that she got my messages and she passed them along to the Ritz's staff. She also added that I booked with a third party not the Ritz. Basically, if you don't book directly with the hotel, you're out of luck. This was absolutely ridiculous the only reason I booked with unit owner is because I needed a washer/dryer. We have allergies and don’t want our clothes washed by the hotel. There wasn’t a significant price difference between vrbo & Ritz. I didn't bother the unit owner anymore since I couldn’t do anything so I went up the chair to complain – for god sake even the robes in the room were dirty and full of red stains. Afterward, the director of housekeeping apologized and made sure the unit was cleaned properly. As a way of an apology she offered us a couple’s message. At checked out, we realized the couple’s message charge was added to our bill. I’ve stayed at this Ritz few years before and I didn’t have any problem. I guess it’s either no longer as good as it used to be or you have to book directly with them to be treated properly – not sure which one.

67 runs open and less crowded. We had a nice time. February has more snow and more runs available but also more crowded. Room was fantastic.

We had a terrific week at this property with our family. The unit was spacious for two adults and two kids and made our family ski trip very easy and pleasant. The ability to check-in at the hotel and utilize the ski concierge was particularly helpful and made for a seamless experience. The Ritz at Bachelor Gulch is incredible, with easy access to the ski lift and great restaurants. The owner was communicative and helpful. We'll definitely be back.

Stayin @ the Ritz
Great property right in the middle of the skiing action. Was perfect for our skiers who walked out the front door and onto Lift 16. Had plenty to do for the non skiers with an easy shuttle ride to Beaver Creek village.
Owner was great providing tips on restaurants and places to visit and responded quickly to our minor questions. Would book again in the future for sure.

Suite is huge for our needs. 2 full bedrooms and bathrooms, living room and full kitchen right in the ritz. very comfortable. perfect for myself and 2 daughters for spring break.

5 Star rental - Great Christmas
This rental was was fabulous in the Ritz - Bachelor Gulch. Great ski in / ski out. The hotel offers free car service when available, but the Village Connect shuttle is a great way to go to Beaver Creek Village a short distance away. Onsite ski rental and storage. The spa / gym area is nice but was crowded while we were there so we didn't use it. There's several places to dine on the property offering a nice variety of food. The employees at this location offer wonderful customer service, always asking if there's anything they could do to make our stay even better. There was always some entertainment going on too. Loved it. We were lucky too in that it snowed most days and everything outdoors was sparkling white. Really appreciated John S, the property owner being so courteous.

It was all we could ever want or need!
The condo was exactly as described. It was very clean. Maid service was available every day. The spa was about a 20 second walk down the hallway. We used the washer/dryer combo. I had never used one of these before, but easy to figure out and it gets the job done! The service at the Ritz exceeded expectations. We were unexpectedly stuck on 1-70 on the way in and I had groceries being delivered. The staff at the Ritz intercepted my groceries (including ice cream) and put away all of my refrigerated/frozen items in our room. The ski lift is as close as can be, although there has to be enough snow for it to run. It wasn't open on our trip, but it was just a quick shuttle trip to the next lift. No big deal, but something you can call ahead about if you need to know. The location is excellent with close proximity to any entertainment, restaurants, or shopping you could ever want.

Staying at John's place provides the same experience as if you booked the rooms through the Ritz directly, which is great. John was also so kind to provide excellent recommendations on restaurants and activities and checked in with us during our stay. Highly recommend!

Great location and incredibly comfortable!! Love that this property is so dog friendly! So nice to have multiple restaurant choices just downstairs, and free shuttle service if we chose to go off property. Highly recommend!!

Great family ski trip
Great place to take a family skiing. Low hassle, great service. Skiis were fitted in our room and then valeted by the lift, so dad didn't have to carry them. Great facilities for dining. Property manager/owner answered all of our questions, and was very accommodating. Hotel helped coordinate a limo from Vail/Eagle so we didn't need a car. Easy trip!

Christmas Vacation
This place was perfect! It was exactly as it was advertised. It was truly a Winter Wonderland and the best Christmas!! We did not need the owner for one thing, but he was in communication the entire trip, making sure there was not anything we needed. We will go back!

The BEST place to stay in Beaver Creek!
John's place was better than advertised in every aspect! From the moment we booked, John was extremely engaged and went out of his way to ensure he answered any questions that arose. John also provided some excellent restaurant recommendations which everyone in there group thoroughly enjoyed.
The unit itself is absolutely stunning and is perfect for a family or small group. We will certainly be booking John's place again for a future visit to Beaver Creek!
