Bienvenue à Keller's Landing !! Nous sommes une maison de ville au bord de l'eau et qui accepte les animaux de compagnie avec une vue imprenable! Nous dormons 10 dans des lits et sommes une communauté balnéaire privée.
Tous les maisons en rangée ne sont pas créés égaux à Little Harbour. Nous n'avons pas de frais de personne supplémentaire ni de frais de gestion supplémentaires. Nous sommes également dans un emplacement haut de gamme à quelques pas des piscines et de la plage.
Profitez des vues sur le front de mer depuis les deux balcons privés arrière et profitez de la vue sur la station balnéaire depuis les deux balcons avant. Nous apercevons souvent des dauphins assis sur les balcons arrière! Cette maison de ville est joliment décorée avec un thème de plage apaisante et bien entretenue.
Keller's Landing est une maison en rangée de trois chambres et trois salles de bain située dans la Mecque des pêcheurs de Little Harbour, une communauté riveraine de 125 acres inspirée des Caraïbes avec une plage privée exclusive de 1/2 mile sur Tampa Bay et entourée par des voies navigables d'accès direct au golfe. Vous serez proche de tout mais loin de tout.
Cette unité est à moins de 5 minutes à pied de la plage, ou à 1 minute en voiture. C'est aussi à proximité des deux restaurants sur place et du bar tiki au bord de l'eau.

The home was beautiful, and the location was great. Unfortunately, we did not get to enjoy the place like we would have wanted to due to Tropical Storm Debby. We were looking forward to walking to the little bar and having some drinks, walking to the beach in the morning, and relaxing in the pool. Hopefully, we can return when there is better weather.

This listing is everything it said it was. We plan to return again next year. The condo and community it was set in was perfect for our family.

Awesome property! The townhome was very clean and neat when we arrived. The host had a ton of snacks ready for our family to enjoy and even some free samples of different toiletry items. We loved that all the rooms had access to a balcony with seating, some towards the waterway and some toward the front of the townhome.
I loved that all bathrooms had a large soaking tub and detachable spray nozzle, the kids loved the bunk beds and TV in their room. Plenty of room for our 4 adults and 4 kids
The pool was very nice, though a bit of a walk and restaurant next door Hooks was delicious. The beach did have some signs saying no swimming but we took a drive over to St Pete and enjoined the beaches.
Do check out the drive in movie theater, it was very cool!

I've been coming to Ruskin several times a year for 10 years, and this property and the way it is managed is the best I've experienced in Little Harbor.
The townhouse is as advertised. It's clean, well furnished, well provisioned and in a great location.
Kendra Keller is a top shelf professional as the property manager. She's organized, timely, helpful, very responsive; yet isn't overbearing.

Nice property with all the supplies you need to enjoy your vacation. Beautiful views of the canal. Saw dolphins, pelicans and many other birds. Walk to the pools or restaurant/bar. We always enjoy our time in Little Harbor.

This property was great, and my entire family enjoyed it. Saw the dolphins and manatee from the balcony. Easy walk to the beach. Spacious. Everything you could ask for. Wish we did not have to go home.

We travel every year for Christmas and this is the best rental we have ever had. The condo was spotless and the host truly thought of everything to make us comfortable. The little touches like snacks for the kids and Christmas decor were very much appreciated. Excellent communication as well. Highly recommend this property!

The Keller’s property is beautiful and relaxing! Plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and enjoy the views. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The communication was amazing even at 1:30 AM when we checked in. Your home turned what had started out as a bad vacation into some thin memorable! Can’t wait to come again!

What a wonderful place to stay! Convenient to the restaurants and amenities in Little Harbor and well stocked with extras like coffee and snacks. It has beautiful water views from the rear decks and it fully equipped for an extended family like ours. The host is very reasonable and responsive.

This is an awesome vacation rental! I stayed with my sister, brother-in-law and niece. My sister and I grew up going to Bahia Beach from Illinois with our parents to visit our great Aunt who lived in Sun City. We had not been in over 40 years. It was great to be back. The pool on the water was how we remembered it. Sunset Grill and Hooks were great. The townhouse was fully stocked and view of the water from the balconies was great. We loved watching the boats go by. We all said we could live there! We did not want to leave. Host was super responsive. We highly recommend it!

The place was BEAUTIFUL. The views spectacular. Kendra was excellent. The villa was full of everything we needed. Perfect for a quick getaway or a long stay.

Everything was clean and the set up was fantastic- 2 people to a room with their own bathroom and shower. What was above and beyond, was that there were drinks, snacks, spices and basic necessities when we arrived after a 3 hour airport delay. Just fantastic!! Thank you!

From the moment we entered the property til the time we left, we were impressed. The home was impeccably cleaned, well-appointed and stocked with everything imaginable to make our stay hassle free. Kendra was extremely responsive and even stayed up late to ensure we checked in without issues (sorry for keeping you up past your bed time).
After my son's track meet we enjoyed time at the beach and dinner watching the sunset. I was DETERMINED to get a glimpse of the dolphins swimming nearby and was granted my wish as I enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony. We have found our "go-to" for stays in the Tampa area. My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer!!!

The location was great with short drive to Tampa/St.Pete and beaches.
The unit is very cozy and it is perfect to fit a large group of people.

The property was very clean and decorated perfectly! We spent a lot of our time on the back balcony watching all the boats. We even saw a dolphin and a couple manatees. The 2 pools were within walking distance as well as the 2 restaurants on site.

We were at the property for a short stay - we loved it. The house looks new and is nicely furnished. Great location too - nice view from the balcony and beach is only 5 minutes walk.

We enjoyed our stay at this townhouse and at Little Harbor. The house is stocked with everything we needed. Enjoyed many hours on the balcony watching the dolphins and grilling. We had a couple questions and Kendra responded immediately. Hope to return soon.

This place had everything we needed to stay for weeks if we could. We stayed a holiday weekend & was not an overcrowded messy beach; within walking distance with easy check in & out. Bed's we're so comfortable & new appliances. Hoping to come back soon.

Community. Private beach is a little small. We had a great time visiting other beaches close by. The Sunset grill is fabulous! We are there twice. We celebrated my dads 70th birthday! The house is very well stocked. Could possibly use a few more everyday showering towels. Beds are comfy!

Excellent stay, wonderful place and host
We are happy to have found this wonderful place. We always read reviews and this had such great ones, we choose it. The check in/out process was SEAMLESS! It was the cleanest place we have ever stayed and there was a lot of attention to detail here. The beach decor is wonderful, may have Kendra come decorate our home! lol It was extremely well stocked with more than the essentials as well as so many extras such as a great snack basket for the kids and drinks for the adults. We loved that there are restaurants within walking distance and the views are wonderful. We will be back!

Short but sweet
We wished we could have stayed longer! Our kids enjoyed the beach area so much we didn't even go to the pool! Despite not seeing a sunset, we did enjoy watching the storms roll in over the water. The owner is GREAT to work with and provides little extras to make your stay even better.
