The apartment has everything you need to spend a few days comfortably. We spent a month in the property while searching for permanent accommodation and we didn't miss anything. The parking is a great plus in Bordeaux. The internet worked perfectly, normal router box, rather than of these free wi-fi with a captive portal that you find sometimes in hotels. We were working remotely for our whole stay without a single problem. The area has nice places to dine out and go for a drink, within a few minutes walk. The tram is just a short stroll down the road, really convenient. All convenience businesses nearby, Poste, tabac, Monoprix, Lidl, boulangerie, banks. A special mention to the very helpful staff, who provided solutions for our many specific needs (thanks Guilhem and Hanane for all your help!). We would stay again in the future.

Calm location, functional flat

Communication was null, although policies received were pages full and in all languages. No info about how to check in/ out, where to park etc. The shower was broke and no one replied our messages or fix it in 4 days. No info during booking regarding paying for cleaning and a deposit, 49 and 250 eur on top. The flat seemed poorly maintained with things stored everywhere (hoover, clothes rack, ironing board etc.) , especially on the balcony where we hoped we can sit and relax. Poor mobile signal and mosquitos. No or insufficient coffee pods, washing liquid, toiletries etc so we had to buy our own.
