The location is excellent. It is within walking distance to the City Centre and all major attractions. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area.

The apartment does not have air condition and it was very hot for the period we stayed. Fortunately, the apartment had three fans which made our lives a bit easier.

The apartment is spacious, comfortable, well-located and simply cute.

The strict rules regarding check-in. It wasn't too bad though.

The apartment is big, with one balcony facing the river side and the other over the Regina Margherita Bld (unfortunately there were some restoration works and you could not see anything on this side because scaffolding was installed), it is nice and even comfortable (2nd floor, no elevator), the location is very good, very close to bars, restaurants, city center.

The noise - you practically feel that the tram, car, people are inside your flat, it is very very noisy during the night, but from the second night we got used to it and managed to sleep after the tram stopped (it starts again early in the morning), so you should take this in consideration if you are looking for a quiet place. There is a coffee machine but no capsules (we bought ourselves), though you can find grounded coffee, but it would be nice to offer at least for the arrival when you have a machine in the house. We were 4 and we received complimentary 3 small bottles of water (or the people that stayed there before left it:)). If you arrive past the check-in hour you have to pay 20 euros, because there is not a self-check-in (would be nice in the future to offer this also, it would simplify the process). Taking all of the above in consideration and being aware of it, we would recommend the place for a city break in Torino (which is absolutely beautiful).

The flat is very well situated for the centre of town. The Piazza Castello, Royal Palace, Museums, Mole are all easy walking distance. Parking in the street is easy and 1€ and hour pay by meter. There are EV charging points close by if you need them. There's a tram/bus stop "Rossini" right outside the front door. That means even the Lingotto and car museum are just one bus ride away, door to door. Restaurants and bars close by too. We did have a problem but the people were very reactive and it was resolved quickly. Very comfortable beds.

There was scaffolding outside so there was no proper view of the river Dora. We didn't mind but would have liked to have been told prior to our arrival. We would have still booked. Also be aware that the check in times are very strict. I was charged 20€ as we arrived 15 minutes after 20h.
