The modern architecture and design of the complex is extremely beautiful, modern and interesting. The gold setting is very nice as is the surrounding hill country.

Limited dining options, food ok - not great value for money. Missing the sea-view - for Cyprus this is a major tradeoff.

Spacious rooms, clean, great vibe and smell. Absolutely amazing experience

- Big suites: 2 bedrooms & living room suitable for two parents and two children (3 yrs & 1 yr) - Extra friendly staff for children - Great breakfast! - Great dinner in the (only) restaurant - but it is expansive

- For children: only the outside pool (22-24C) is an option for in-hotel activities - No near supermarket - If not renting - taxis are needed, and it is expensive (50-60euro per direction for one-way) - If the hotel had a playground for children, then parents could enjoy the great SPA facilities

В отеле сменились менеджеры? Просто ужас, а не сервис и былое гостеприимство! Испортили нам поезду и праздник! Отвратительное впечатление от поездки и разочарование

Когда ты едешь отдыхать в этот отель регулярно, то рассчитываешь получать привычный уклад всего, а не 100500 перемен правил за 2 месяца с последнего визита, о которых тебя НЕ ИНФОРМИРУЮТ при заезде, и они становятся «приятными» сюрпризами по-факту пребывания Почему-то теперь я должна отправлять 100500 скриншотов, что я забукала поездку на букинге, а потом ещё оказывается, что теперь моя реферальная программа не действует, и при слабой загруженности отеля для тебя уже нет позднего чекаута, который был раньше. А ещё дальше оказывается, когда ты не спеша после чекаута, уже по традиции, идёшь в спа на комплементарный дей пас, тебе говорят что это раньше 10 раз была «акция», а сейчас её нет. Ну и ещё 100500 мелочей, которые поменялись буквально за 2 месяца с прошлой поездки и которые тоже создают стресс, тк это снова что-то новое, а не привычное Я тот человек, которому окей, если об изменениях «правил» оповещают на почту, или ХОТЯ БЫ при заезде! Но когда ты уверенно рассчитываешь и планируешь один сценарий своего отдыха и праздника, который уже «отработан» тут же много раз, а тебя ставят перед фактом, что теперь всё по-другому - это просто отстой и разочарование на 100500%

Loved the spa! Never been to anything like it. The staff was extremely helpful with booking different activities, and they even reserved some snacks for us, considering we arrived pretty late, when the restaurant wasn’t working anymore. The golf training was very nice. The nature in the property is amazing. There is plenty to do. The bath in the apartment is very good, with all the towels and bathgowns provided.

Although the kitchen was equipped very well, I’m not sure there is a grocery store nearby, so you would have to bring your groceries with you if you intend to cook. No minibar in the apartments. One of the lights wasn’t working in the apartment. It also would be great if there were tissues in the rooms. The tv doesn’t have AirPlay. The restaurant and bar are full in the evening, you gotta make a reservation for the dinner. If you plan to do something other than spa and golf, you need a car to get around, because most of the extra activities are not in the walking distance.
