The condo has everything you need to make meals, laundry, dishes, beach wagon, cooler etc. The location close to the pools and beach is great, a short walk. The beds are very comfortable. My mom and I are not young so comfy beds is a great benefit. Jen was responsive and easy to work with. Great place to stay for your Siesta Key get away.

This condo is beautiful. Nicely furnished and exactly as pictured and described in the listing. It is also well stocked with extra kitchen supplies (coffee, spices, soap, paper products, etc.) which is very much appreciated. Additionally, there were beach towels, chairs, cooler, and a huge umbrella and wagon for us to use! The beds were super comfy and overall our stay was extremely enjoyable. Seista Key has one of the nicest beaches in the country. A true gem. Jennifer was super responsive and very easy to work with. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to book in Jamaica Royale!!

We had an amazing stay at the Jamaican Royale. We were pleasantly surprised to have additional beach items to make our stay easier-especially the collapsible wagon. The condo was just as pictured and had the most comfortable beds. Finding the white noise makers in the night stands was like a dream come true! I slept like a baby! Property is nice and well monitored. It was a little more towards the village than a lot of the other families that we know that frequently spring break in Siesta. Overall, we have no complaints about this wonderful condo and our stay. Thank you so much for having us!

I can’t say enough positive things about this lovely condo, property, beach and pools not to forget Jenn who was a pleasure! The condo is beautiful, clean and so well equipped; paper towels, tp, dish detergent , laundry pods, etc….it wasn’t necessary for us to spend extra money replenishing items. Beds and pillows better than mine at home! We were fortunate with weather as well; gorgeous every day and perfect beach days. Safe , quiet and friendly complex. Convenient to eateries, etc. my husband has Alzheimer’s so I was hoping for the best and this entire experience did not disappoint! He loved going to beach everyday and I was relaxed there with him as well. Would absolutely stay again!! Much thanks Jenn!!

It was great place to stay. We had a couple issues that were dealt with by the owner very quickly. Jen was a wonderful person to deal with and answered any questions or concerns immediately

My mom, husband and I had a fabulous two week stay. The beach was steps away and ideal for morning walks. Sunsets were spectacular. The trolley stop was steps away and we toured the key. Publix was close by. The beds at this place were the most comfortable I have ever had. Kitchen was well stocked. Looking forward to our stay again in the future.

We loved our stay in Siesta Key! The weather was overcast and windy, but the beach was beautiful. Our unit was very clean and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. They provided a lot of extras to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. The owner was also very quick to reply to any questions we had. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

I would stay here again! Very clean & many details covered above and beyond! 2 miles to SiestaKey Village, a daily experience! Only 1 issue: 1 week is not enough! I be back 10 days or more😁

My wife and I booked this property for our wedding anniversary trip. The reviews we had read made the place sound like it was perfect, so we had high expectations. We were not disappointed. The check-in instructions from Jen were spot-on so we had no issues accessing the unit. The parking space in front of the unit was large enough for our SUV and was covered, which was great to keep the interior cool in the Florida sun. Once inside, we found that the property was immaculate. It was spacious and comfortable with a homey feel vs. feeling commercial. The location was ideal to get to the beach, the pool, or just hang out on the back patio. The courtyard in the back between the units is meticulously maintained with beautiful landscaping. The other reviews were also correct about all of the beach items being supplied. Everything from a beach tent, umbrellas, chairs, beach towels, cooler, and a wagon to transport everything. There were also buckets and shovels for kids to play with in the sand, which we didn't need. The kitchen was completely stocked with all of the cookware and utensils to cook our own meals. It was truly a home away from home. And since everything was so perfect, we didn't really have a need to contact Jen for any issues. We only contacted her to let her know that we were there, all was good, and when we were checked out. Each time she was very responsive. We are so happy with this amazing experience and we're already planning our next visit.

The property was clean and very accommodating ! Nice size ,great attention to the quality of bedding, towels etc. Well equipped kitchen equipment , and tools . The property manager was amazing ! She tried to accommodate all of our needs ! She made you feel like family ! The beach was so beautiful, the sand was amazing. !

This was the perfect getaway for our family of six after a week at Disney. Being steps away from the beach made for easy days with little ones. This condo had everything we needed and more. Nice amenities included a beach wagon, noise machines, beach towels and even a first aid kit. We loved playing in the pools just steps away and watching the gorgeous sunsets. Check in was easy and the host communicated with us quickly and went out of her way to make sure we had little extras to help celebrate a special birthday. Thank you Jen!!

Where to start! Jen thought of everything to make your stay on the beach so much fun. The condo was stocked with all kitchen items you would need (pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, napkins, coffee, spices etc.) and had almost anything you would need on the beach (beach cart, cooler and towels). The condo was very clean and there were plenty of extra towels and linens. There was also laundry detergent and dryer sheets! We had a wonderful time and definitely will be going back! This property is a very short walk to a beautiful uncrowded beach and it has a swimming pool at the edge of the beach. The property is very clean, nicely furnished and well equipped. The property manager is accessible and very helpful. The exterior is plain but the interior is very attractive and comfortable. Parking is right at the door.

Ground floor unit with parking at the door. The kitchen was fully stocked w/everything & anything you could possibly need. Lots of little extras not required but very much appreciated. Updated appliances all in working order. Beach towels and beach wagon provided which was huge plus for our group. The resort provides beach chairs also a big plus. Jen has thought of everything and is quick to respond. She is A+ in our minds. Highly recommend unit 71 w this host!

This is the best place to stay!! This is our 2nd year and just like the first it was great!! Jen us wonderful to work with and so accommodating!! The condo is fully furnished with about anything you might need…the only thing it was missing this year was the Christmas tree. We will definitely be back for Christmas Vacation 2023!! 🎄🎅🏼

Stay here… Just trust me! Just finished a wonderful vacation at Jen’s rental. Where do I begin… First of all this place is exactly as advertised. I would actually say even better than advertised. My husband and I were joking that we could literally not find one single thing that wasn’t thought of in this unit. It is so well stocked and the cleanliness is the best of any rental I’ve ever stayed at.We were blessed to have wonderful weather our entire visit and enjoyed the pool as well as the beach. You will not find a better beach. We actually went around to other beaches to check them out and just ended up back at our own because it was so awesome. Jen was an excellent host and readily available to answer questions and offer suggestions. We can’t wait to come back!

Great location close to trolley , quick walk to beach. Nice large pool (3 of them) The beds were so comfortable. The unit was also well stocked making the stay even better. Plenty of cookware, plenty of towels , we even had pool noodles. If the opportunity comes again I would definitely stay again.
