The location and the size

Seemed very dated compared to other units we have stayed in. The rug was in bad shape, the couch had rips, the coffee maker leaked terribly, the upstairs toilet had bad stains around the bottom of the toilet where it meets the floor, the frying pans and baking sheets need replacing.

There is enough space for 8 people comfortably and having access to a washer and dryer was nice. Check in and check out were simple.

It seems like they cut a lot of corners, there was 1 washcloth and 8 towels, there were 2 rolls of toilet paper, the dishwasher did not clean the dishes (it barely discovered the soap) so we hand washed dishes with a dirty sponge and dish soap that didn't suds. We ended up buying paper plates. There were holes in multiple screens so we didn't open all the windows because we didn't want bugs. The water park on the property is fun but excessively chlorinated to the point that many kids and adults in our group had scratchy throats and headaches after a few hours.

Plenty of room, location

Great location. The place was very spacious and comfortable. Very clean. I would choose this place again.

I found mice poof when I opened the sofa-bed.
