The location is not far from the train station. Rooms have comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The staff was kind.
During an event happening on the top floor, the music is still pretty loud even staying 3 floors below. Swimming pool closes at 7pm. If you come to Jogja to see temples and mountains, there is almost no time to go back to the hotel in time for swimming. Even if you get back to the hotel early enough, there is chance the swimming pool is already closed because of a private event already happening on the top floor (which happens pretty often). I understand it is probably not possible to keep the pool open until 9 or 10 but I wish the hotel could stick to their regular schedule and wouldn't host any events before 7 pm. Or at least they could inform the pool will be closed earlier instead usual time. We got disappointed 3 evenings in a row by now being able to use the sauna and swimming pool.

The Room is really clean, and the bed is really comfortable. Everything inside is good.
The food from the restaurant was okay, but not that good. When I stayed there, I couldn't use it because there were some evening events in there so they needed to close the pool area earlier. To bad

The ambiance, decorations, and bed were comfy, with the nice choices of pillows. The staff were so nice, helpful and friendly. The location was good with easy access to many places.
There was only 1 pair of slippers when there were 2 guests.

Breakfast was super amazing delicious with variety local food. All the staff are kind and friendly. Fast action when required.

the facility and location
we were on the 10th floor with city view but it’s right below the bar. in the evening there’s a live band and you can hear it from our room.

The decor was unique and the wifi works so well. The room was bright and comfy. Love the coffee at their coffee bar. The infinity pool and heat chamber were a nice addition. They provide real hotel sandals
The shower room is so small and the breakfast menu needs more varieties

The notepad and pencil. Tissue box. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. The toiletry items are nice. Towel in the kitchen is an xtra help. Complementary tea bags and minerals waters are nice. Thank you!
My room price didn’t include breakfast as I wrongly assumed I would get a breakfast.
This hotel should provide a safe box to keep valuables items and money in the room. You will have guests stay longer for that additional accommodation.
I didn’t have a chance to check pool and other recreation facilities. However, this hotel doesn’t have a gym? Maybe that is another facility you can add. The kitchen faucet and its sink are short that caused splash to my clothes. Please add a warning, “Turn faucet slowly.” Thank you

Good breakfast spread with coffee machine for Cappuccino. Very nice Infinity swimming pool on 11th floor.
Usually each room is given 2 access cards. Here they charge for 2nd card as a refundable deposit of IDR 50000.
