great location, excellent friendly staff. has a great pool bar and a very good sports bar within the facility. there is also a lovely cafe next door for a great breakfast.

We were a little reserved about what to expect, especially after seeing our room. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the Out Back location. Beautiful sunset on the beach, view was lovely, pool area and bar very clean and hospitable. Staff friendly and helpful. We are tall people, needed longer larger bed. This criteria was met, comfort was reasonable. Linen and pillows are old and need replacing. The air-cons are noisy. The cleanliness in room was reasonable.
Discovered dirty glasses in our bathroom, turned upside down as though they were clean and ready to use. Linen and pillows need upgrading. Room could have been cleaned better.

Excellent pool and outside bar area which provided snacks and drink over 24 hour period.
Great restaurant facility-food could be ordered and delivered from a selection of restaurants.The adjoining breakfast bar was not to be missed !

We appreciated the treatment of the staff by the owner -their welfare was paramount.
I wouldn't have liked to be placed in the rooms without a view.One of the pleasures of staying at the Outback was the beautiful sea view with a balcony -of which there are five to choose from

great location for local amenities, very comfortable bed and room, also the staff were very helpful. the English breakfast cafe next door does excellent breakfasts at a very reasonable price.

The beach is not white but black. Sewage drain comes into the sea. Saw 3x a big black rat.
The hotel is beautifully close to the sea but the water is simply dirty.

pool wasn’t clean first day so couldn’t use it…. no soap in the bathroom .. fridge full of stuff so could not fit your own stuff in.. had to ask for the rooms to be made up..although I’d payed for 2 people for the room and I was a single tracer my friend came over for the day and they charged him to use the pool area where he was sitting with me half the day even though he bought drinks around the pool! overall nice place with a few little silly things that made it not as good as. it could of been!

staff was great. Angel particularly was helpful. Nice location and the room was modern.
More attention needs to be given to cleaning. I spilled water on the floor and the towel I cleaned it with turned black from the dirty floor. Guest towels have holes.

nothing, very bad experience, we came for leisure and fun but it didn’t turn out the way we want it, staffs are not approachable. not family friendly place to stay.

It is well located if you want walking distance to bars and nightlife but also the beach for a day on the sand and water. Staff are friendly and attentive, facilities are kept clean and presentable.
The water pressure meant that at times while showering there was no water. Not sure whether it’s because other people were showering at the same time but the thought crossed my mind to ask for maintenance to fix it so it would operate as one would reasonably expect. Other guest staying with me reported the same issue.

Location, the view. Not to many people,as its a small hotel. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Felt very relaxed. Plus a great sports bar, pool table,good music. Didn't need to leave the hotel.
