Nice deck. Boat slip with ramp. Beds were good.

Heater did not work. Could not reach host. Called and left messages. Wife sent email. No response to date. Used oven to heat room. Feel sorry for the people who were to arrive this weekend. Lows around 20 degrees.

We drove all the way frm Smithfield Virginia to check out the Ozarks😋.... This place was amazing small and perfect for our trip... So quiet and peaceful. Used the swimming dock went fishing only caught one catfish.🤣😂 in 5 days.. Cottage had everything dishes linens plenty of towels..hot water was on point.....🤗🤗🤗 😒The Downside of our trip .The fishing house could use some updating it was dirty and run down. Our Toilet ran non stop. Our front screen door is broke and torn. Cleaning ladies sons were running around property in and out if units coming jumping on our deck while we were sitting out there having breakfast to constantly retrieve swimming items frm a storage container on our deck 🤔🤔🤔🤔 thought that was a bit odd. Theres a large tree that could use a good trim or cut down since its right in front if the deck blocking an amazing view.... Otherwise We ventured out went tubing and fishing rented a boat cruised the lakes of ozarks.....people here are super nice and welcoming... plenty outdoor stuff to do Overall great peaceful time. Would def drive back to visit.

Very clean and well stocked cabin in kitchen (frig had some condiments-did not use and eggs-threw out, age?) and bath. Small window unit ran the entire time with temps near 100* outside but kept us very comfortable. Great view of lake! Nice deck furniture and cushions! Great for a quiet get-away!

Need directions inside cabin to get to dock! No water control in shower, automatically very very dangerously HOT to very very icey COLD!!!! NO WATER on 8/10. Evidentially entire community without any water! Bummer! TV, no local channels.....

Location was great. Just 8 miles to the Ozark Amphitheater to see a concert. Dock was close which we used a lot for fishing and swimming. Beds were very comfortable. Just enough room for the 4 of us, as we were outside most of the time. Deck was great for playing cards at night. Nice neighbors.

We were about the only ones there and we had plenty of quiet. sitting outside to watch the lake and sunsets was great. really enjoyed the enclosed fishing dock.
